Don’t make the same mistake I did. Get the burger not the special. Cuban was dry and flavorless. Spending $15 for terrible tasting food isn’t my favorite thing to do.

If you're looking for a quiet, fine dining place, this is not for you. If you're looking for a really good burger, fantastic crispy onion rings, and a loud environment does not bother you, then check out this place. You dejected the protein l, how you want to dress it up and bang, you are ready to eat. They have a small parking lot so leave time to search for parking.

Been coming here for years. Food is great, staff is great. Ambiance is awesome. BUT. We came here this time and were waiting for our table. A guy bought in a cute dog. But we noticed 3 wait staff come over rubbing the dog. Now , we saw one go straight to a table grab the ladies cup to give her a refill. Not sure if the other 2 staff washed their hands or not. But this one did not. We left before being seated. We have a dog and love him and have also taken him there with us. But maybe staff just not play with pets?? Still this place is amazing and if this does not bother you I would say go.

I hate being a Karen, but I feel so strongly about this experience that I needed to be one.I’ll give a general timeline:We get seated at our table. There’s six adults, and three small children. Ten minutes after we’re seated, our server (I don’t know her name. She didn’t introduce herself) takes our drink order. We also ordered the kids’ food.Drinks came out about 10 minutes later, and the kids food came about 5 minutes after that. For about fifteen minutes, our server was talking to patrons at another table, being friendly, etc. She walks RIGHT PAST our table ( we assumed to take our food order) and continues walking. We spot her a few minutes later giving a pup cup to a dog. Meanwhile, a group was seated after us and they had already gotten their food.She finally comes back to take our order. We get our food about ten minutes later. A couple of us had gotten the wrong order or were still missing food, and we haven’t gotten any refills. We wait until we can flag our server down. No dice. She seemingly just ditched us. One of us goes up to the hostess and asks if we can get our server - or ANY server for that matter - to come help us get our orders squared away.Ten minutes go by, and still nothing. We spot our server working a different section. One of us gets the manager. At this point, we just want our checks and to leave. The manager (I’m assuming it was the manager…she did not introduce herself) comes out and asks who needs a refill. We explain the situation and we tell her we just want our checks. She apologized and told us the poor service was because they were switching to a new software. We’re all confused as to why a software change would result in our server coming to our table for a total of two times during the entire hour and a half we were there. I digress.The manager made things right for us, which we greatly appreciated.Look. I worked in the food service industry when I first got into the work force. I understand it can be hard keeping up with your tables. But please, please communicate with your patrons about anything that could potentially interfere with service. As I said, our server came to our table twice in total, to take our food and drink orders.This place was hyped up, and we were all excited to eat there. The food was REALLY good (I had the ranchero burger with onion rings. Delish.). Service this time was below subpar. Like, I wouldn’t even say that we were given any service until the manager came out.I really hope this was a fluke, but given the complete lack of attention and service from our server, I doubt I’ll be going back.

Solid burger place. Biggest downside is trying to find parking. I ended up doing a few laps before noticing a pay by the hour lot across the street. I got a burger and it was decent, but parts of it tasted burnt, which I wasn’t big on. Overall though, pricing wasn’t bad, and the service was as quick as you’d expect, I personally just don’t see myself going out of my way to visit.
