Their sandwiches are excellent. As far as I'm concern it's another great sprots bar setting to put on your hit parade. By the way, Kevin their bartender makes a great Rusty-Nail. Keep up the great work.

While North Ridge Pub boasts friendly service, the food falls short of expectations. Despite the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, the menu offerings lack flavor and quality. There’s clear potential for improvement in the culinary department, as enhancing the taste and presentation of dishes could elevate the overall dining experience for patrons.

My honest review may offend someone but forgive me in advance ... but if you are a POC and like flavor, this is not the place. The food had no flavor and nothing was good to me. The beer was the best thing I ordered. The spoon was dirty so I asked for plastic utensils but overall I would never come back due to me preferring a place that has flavorful dishes to choose from. The atmosphere and employees are very nice. Prices are good. The food just is not for a person like myself. also they have 6 large tvs if you like to catch a game and have a drink. If I come back it would only be for watching a game and having a drink or two.

Good place! The food was very good. I would recommend the shrimp po-boy sandwich.Parking: Parking lot shared with Harris teeter grocery store and other shops. You might have to park more than 100 ft away but you can always find somewhere to park.

I went in during a lunch rush expecting service to be somewhat slow but honestly service was the best part of this experience I had ordered a Reuben with onion rings and a cup of chili my daughter had ordered the kids meal of mac and cheese Ruben was beyond low part the meat was so paper thin I barely had anything on my sandwich but at least half a pound of sauerkraut was on it I had to scrape some off to even stomach putting it down the onion rings at first while dipping in the ranch that I was provided tasted extremely flour like so I tried them and ketchup and they were a little bit better but had a huge flower taste was not that good and never have I had my daughter not eat any mac and cheese from any restaurant she refused to eat it and finally after I took a bite I understand they put flour and everything apparently the cup of chili I got was nothing but a cup of tomato soup filled with tomatoes topped with a huge dollop of sour cream and cheese that I had absolutely no room to add crackers mixing or nothing when I walked into the dining room and saw that it was extremely packed coming in my first time I was excited thanking I was going to have a good meal and to tell you I will never come back again and waste money I'm sorry because the service was amazing but the food was beyond disrespectful

Some of the people that work here are not very customer service oriented. For years we’ve been getting our dog a burger, just the patty. It’s usually $6.99.Tonight we did order her one but the charged $14. My wife questioned it and was met with the response that it has to be rung up as a meal but refused to give her the sides or the rest of the “meal” . I remember now why we stopped eating there as much. If you are going to charge for “a meal” then give the customer the meal! Ridiculous! Read all their reviews speaks for themselves.

Nice looking pub/restaurant in a strip mall with a Harris-Teeter. My son had gone there a few times for lunch and liked the food. I took his family there for dinner. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered beer-battered onion rings and a chicken quesadilla for appetizers. To my surprise, the 8 and 5 yr old grandsons happily ate both and dipped their rings in the ranch dressing and then took the chopped lettuce and tomato with the left over ranch for a small salad. That part of the meal was very good as was the margarita. Then came the main course. The boys had kid's plates one with fried shrimp and the other fried chicken strips both with fries that were well received. I got the country fried steak: the white gravy had good flavor but the steak was over cooked and dried out while neither the green beans nor mashed potato had any seasoning. My daughter-in-law had baked salmon which came with mixed veggies and my son had a steak kabob with broccoli. No seasoning. The veggies had been quickly steamed and dumped on the plate. How about roll in the pot with some butter and a little salt and pepper???!! A little seasoning would have been a big difference. I wrote on the bill, "Note to chef: Salt and Pepper! The sandwiches on the menu looked good and as we left, my son said, "I'll stick with the sandwiches from now on."
