My daughter and I dined in at this Outback yesterday, April 26th 2024 and we were so impressed ! Our chili crock was piping hot ! The employees and our waitor were just so curtious; not to mention the friendly welcoming atmosphere, which was just so home like and heartwarming. Such speedy service and our food was delivered fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend anyone to eat here, and enjoy the pleasing service, not to mention the delicious food. We will certainly be going back to eat here soon, especially since this is our new favorite restaurant!!! :)

Update: April 26,2024.Everything was great. Wings were cooked just right. Caesar salad was fresh and had nice amount of dressing. Bread and honey butter was very good. Steak salad was amazing as well.Randall, our waiter, and the rest of the customer facing team were very professional and friendly.All in all, everything was above and beyond.Previous review: Wings were a tad over cooked but flavorful. Wedge salad was very good.Brian, our sever, did a very good job. Thanks.

Haven't been to an Outback in years and was disappointed because although I ordered my steak well done it was not tender at all just dry and so tough I struggled to cut it. So no steak there ever again. But the four shrimp it came with was good and the bread I don't know because I don't eat the brown bread they served, the person that brought it out to the table he didn't know either.

We usually order curbside Togo at this location. The staff is good and food is also usually good. But for some reason the baked potatoes have been terrible. It’s like they were cooked and then sit in a hot drawer for 5 hrs or more. They are so overcooked. The skin is hard and the inside is like it is days old. We have ordered 4 times in as many weeks and every time the baked potatoes have been this way. Maybe they are using the potatoes from lunch cooked hours before and kept hot till dinner. Management- please look into this.

After seeking dinner at 4 restaurants on Saturday evening, we landed at Outback (because I wanted steak)! Best decision made! No wait to be seated. The greeter was very nice and welcoming. The server/waitress, Casey, was just wonderful. She checked on us, offered to help explain, was observant to our desires, and was kind. We did not have to ask for refills either. The food was hot! I mean I was realllly satisfied. I’m a very picky eater and will critique services and food quickly (it’s too costly for mediocre service and food). Thank you for the excellent service Casey…to the cook, thank you for the hot, fresh, and good food. I mean even the Caesar salad was good. Oh yeah and the cheesecake was good too!
Attempted to call 3/31/2024 to the Creedmore location around 7pm est to put in an order was hung up on without even a hello 3 times. Never able to speak to a person at all.
