Came in for a Togo order 40minutes before closing, which I try not to come so close to closing, but bar was busy and thought 20 wings Togo and I’d have a drink while I waited.When I arrived, one of the bartenders rolled their eyes, okay I understand that. Then when bill came, I realized they added 18% gratuity for a takeout order, which I would normally give 20%. However, after giving my CC the initial receipt was gone, and only the sign merchant copy was available and it dictated what % of tip I should leave, after already giving themselves a handsome 18% tip for a Togo order. I don’t even think this is legal in NC. Needless to say, it’s not fair to customers to tip you twice and you purposefully try to hide that you already added to a Togo order. NC law doesn’t allow for included tips for Togo’s. If I am wrong, please have management correct me. Thank you!

Service was on Point!! Food was excellent for a neighborhood Bar /Restaurant. Pool Table secluded near the entrance (quiet) love the focus on Giants/Steelers ambiance as well as all the teams. Great Bar Selections Highly recommend!

My family and I like the food but the service is always terrible. The servers are never friendly, at least not with us. We have gone there quite often because we are Steelers fans but after our last experience we probably will not be returning.

Been here several times and everytime had a bad experience with the older bartender with the glasses. She actually chased me out one day and said I didn't pay my tab but I showed her my receipt. She got me confused with another person of color. Today she threw my to go order away while I was in the bathroom so I wanted to speak with the drunk owner. He wouldn't replace my to go order and I told him he does not treat people of color the same as he treats the white clients. He told me he won't replace anything and to leave.

Just visited this place (lunch) for the first time. The food was amazing and staff was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that quality of food at a small sorts pub! I will be back!!

I was at overtime sports pub on 12/3/23 and was treated with total disrespect and made to feel very uncomfortable. I felt as tho I was being racially profile as I was watching the football game it wasn't crowded nor was it my first time at this location but for some reason I was address as if I was under some sort of suspicious behavior and told to leave meanwhile all I came to do was watch the game I am highly offended and as an African American man in this country this is in no way, shape, or form how anyone should be treated this is totally unacceptable and hopefully they will do better goin forward and I will not be coming back to this establishment❗️

me and a friend went last night, the atmosphere was a very chill and inviting vibe, Luke was our server and he was absolutely fantastic, one of the best servers I’ve ever had, we had great conversation and he was super knowledgeable and spot on with suggestions from the menu, this will be my new hangout spot for sure ! The drinks and food was very good and the staff is very friendly. It’s a great place for date night, friend hangouts or even family gatherings
Great environment, clean, nice decor and outstanding service. Lisa made us feel at home and was extremely polite and friendly.Parking: Easy access to the main roads and interstate.Kid-friendliness: Super friendly staff. Wonderful smiles.

If you from out of town and looking for a sports bar that serve good drink run from this place unless you want beer or wine.The liquor and spirits is WATERED DOWN my cousin and I ended up drinking 4 shots of 1800 tequila each and I refused to get one more to get a decent buzz also had a beer each…basically these CROOKS getting you to buy more of the watered down shots so you can run up a bill as opposed to them making less money if you bought a couple of uncut shots.Mind you it wasn’t just me who wasn’t buzzing but another person wasn’t feeling nothing off the drinks either and we ordered food also and I definitely feel ROBBED and disserviced by this establishment hopefully they change that practice it ain’t cool to people patronizing your business and just out for nice time trying to watch a game
