We had a large order today and several sandwiches had no meat at all, at least not enough for this delicious bread! This food cost too much to receive half-made sandwiches! My broccoli cheddar soup was good as always, and the apples. I've always loved Panera and especially my teammates, and for us to spend over $200 , this is sad! Please improve and put in more effort with your food preparations!!

Panera opened on time at 6 am. I immediately ordered, and they did a great job making my sausage egg and cheese on Asiago roll. It was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I write only few reviews, when something is very good or very bad. I will never forget this store. It is a disgrace to Panera (I buy a lot at Panera in general), and I cannot recommend this store for its lack of organization related to their advanced orders and disregard to customer care.On Friday, I placed a large order of various items for Sunday morning. My most important item included 1 dozen and a half of sesame bagels (the only ones I eat). In my local area, all these items are not on the menu and therefore requires me to travel and buy in larger amounts. When I arrived, all was ready but the bagels. They had only 6 of them. I was very disappointed, I wish they would have notified me ahead of times. But they offered me to talk to the manager and I accepted. After some waiting, the manager NEVER showed and I was told I would get a refund instead. I left. And to make it even worse, when I arrived home, the 6 bagels they said they did have were not included in my bag! There went my breakfast, too. Can't wait to see my refund.

Lady didn't listen to the order at all, sloppy in the bowl, preparation was not the normal, lady didn't talk at the window, just overall bad attitude. Food itself was good just wouldn't go back due to service.

It's freezing in here, I can see my breath as I try to eat my food! The food is delicious but don't attempt to eat inside. This is the third time I've been in the last 2 weeks and it's so cold inside every time. Also wifi cuts off every 30 minutes so it's only really good to order food and then leave.

8:30am. Almost every table is dirty. Dark roast is empty. They want me to order from a kiosk instead of talking to a human. Place feels gross to be in.
The broccoli cheddar soup flavor seemed to have changed , tasted old this time and Turkey Bacon Bravo meat tasted funny also, very dry. I hoped they didn’t do like other businesses and change products for the cheaper brand.

I did a rapid pick up order, pick 2, I ordered half a sandwich and broccoli & cheese soup. I got home and instead of broccoli & cheese soup, I got chicken noodle soup. I called the store at least 5 times and no one answered the phone. I called between 3:20 and 4:00. Unacceptably!
