Undercooked pizza, didn't receive the correct t sauce I paid for. . This is why I'm hesitant to tip for pick up.. bad pizza. Definitely do not deserve a tip or anything at that.

I ordered the Twix bites TWICE....yesterday I ordered them and only a couple of them had something on the inside. So I called and complained and told them what happened and I said I would give it another try. So I ordered them again today and so far I opened 4 of them with nothing on the inside. Total waste of almost $30.

Delivery took 2 hours. Pizza was half cut. Store wouldn’t answer the phone for 30 minutes. If you’re lucky enough to read this before ordering, don’t do it. If you’re the manager or franchise owner, do better.

Waited 2 hours for a cold pizza. No one answered the phone when attempting to call. Waste of time and money. Granted, it’s papa johns so I wasn’t expecting much. Go to a different location and don’t waste your time here.

Ordered from here and we didn't even get our pizza. It was ordered online, which didn't ask us for an address and said "we got it based off your location!". Well, the address was sent somewhere I've never ordered pizza from and they tell me, "We can't deliver to you because your outside of our zone." Well that's just great. At least they refunded our order and said to order again?Well, that really not a great resolution to waiting 2 hours for a pizza. So I call this location and they said I should just reorder again and pay full price. Why would I do that? Lifelong Papa John's customer is never getting pizza from here again. I guess we'll just try Dominos now.

The pizza was cooked quick, however it was the worst papa John's I've had. I usually love papa John's. This one was not even close to average. Super thin crust, absolutely zero sauce, dry and flat. It resemble bowling alley pizza than papa John's. Wast of $30.

This place Is very disorganized. I’ve ordered twice and they’ve had delivery problems. One driver took an hr and couldn’t use GPS to get to downtown. Second order they got confused it was a delivery not carryout and never sent. When I called the lady I spoke too got an attitude and when I spoke to whoever was the manager you can hear her talking as loudly as possible in the background. There are plenty of pizza places that you can go to instead.
I've never had a good experience here; not sure why I keep trying. My delivery order is either at least 30 minutes later than estimated or my order is wrong.

It has been sometime since I ordered from Papa John's. I called and ordered, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter tells me they have not started and it will be a additional 25 minutes. I told them I would wait. It was done in 25 minutes, this young man came out and called a name that I didn't recognize. So I waited another 10 minutes and checked the app. It said it was done, so I called the guy over showed him the app. Come to find out the guy couldn't speak English. On top of that the pizza was lousy .

This is the slowest Papa Johns you could imagine. If they estimate that your delivery will take 25 minutes, assume it will take at least an hour.

any time we order anything from here other than cheese pizza, something about it is wrong. I have so many unclaimed "credits" given to me because of the mistakes, I could basically eat pizza everyday free for a month at this point-- though frankly I don't want to cause the pizza would probably be wrong. I usually don't even bother with yelp, but this location has sent me the wrong order consistently over the years. If it wasn't for the other people in my house who wanted it, I would not even order Papa John's anymore. All this coupled with how long it takes to be delivered and the fact that any time I call to get a refund all they can do is basically a future 'IOU' for the pizza I ordered.Just read y'alls tickets before you send pizza out. CHECK THE FOOD YOU'RE SEVERING TO MAKE SURE IT'S CORRECT. Do your jobs. It's literally what you're there for. I just wanted pizza.
