They will never deliver your food with the drinks you ordered. It has happened three times to me now. I called each time and was promised a refund for the 2ltr by management and surprise, I was never refunded. I called today and told them I hadn’t received two of my refunds they promised and asked the manager if they could just add a 2ltr Pepsi to my order for today and was told yes. Guess what I didn’t get delivered? How can they constantly forget the drinks???

It's Russian roulette with this place some days the workers are on their game other days you're wondering if you should go back there and show them how to do it. I've ordered here several times and more often than not they been lousy. I understand life happens and it can affect your work life but it's just often with them.

If I could give this store zero(0) stars I would!Horrible pizza(half- baked and missing toppings), terrible service and the red-headed manager needs to be fired.She is very rude, nasty attitude, unprofessional and is in need of retraining.Corporate management/ Customer service is a joke!This place needs to be shut down.Please buy you pizzas elsewhere or you'll be sorry.

Is terrible service, My food was delivered and sat on the ground outside my front door. Delivery person did not ring the bell or knock. Since they use DoorDash all of this is acceptable now. I requested a full refund of my money! Never again!

I’m not at all satisfied I used my free pizza coupon this evening and not only was my pizza wrong when I got home but it wasn’t even fully cooked. When I went to pick it up the two young men in the establishment stood in the back having a conversation while I waited for someone to assist me so I started whistling to get their attention and the young black man walks up and asks why am I whistling. I don’t understand the disrespect nor lack of effort if they have time to stand around and talk about things that aren’t even work related. I can’t even give any of this pizza to my kids because of all the toppings on the entire pizza when they were only supposed to be on one side. Then it’s HEAVY VEGETABLES AND BARELY ANY MEAT . THIS PIZZA PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE GROUND IT STANDS ON. Just close it down !!

Horrendous. I ordered the deal for 6.99 each, got a medium pizza and 10 inch cheese sticks. The pizza is severely UNDERCOOKED the top layer isn’t even half way cooked. They added ham which I did not request and the cheese sticks looks sloppy and unappetizing.

Order online cheesy sticks, I asked her could I see my food before I paid for it she said no I have to pay for it first then I asked her after I pay for it. If it’s something that I don’t like could I get my money back she said no once I open the box, I cannot get my money back. !So when I opened the box it was a cheese pizza. The girl that was at front said oh I didn’t see it until already cut it but it’s the same.She remade it . sauce that i paid for and it was rotten smell bad. I wouldn’t go back there and eat again. The services was bad not the same.

Came in ordered a stuff crust pizza for 20.34 and paid with 2 20's and given 19.00 back no change you would think if anyone takes a shot they would but no. Then they were light on the toppings. No wayI ever come there again.
Came in on a Friday night and there were only 2 guys working, and the waiting area was packed, but they were really trying. They’re clearly understaffed and overworked. Did I get 100 watt smiles, no, and that’s okay. They were working as quickly as 2 men could considering they were handling app orders, online orders, walk-ins and call-ins. Everyone needs to exercise a little more patience or cook at home.
