I have never had a problem with them until tonight March 20, 2024. I ordered an ultimate pepperoni and when it arrived it was a cheese pizza. I used Grubhub. When I called and spoke to 2 different so called managers they told me when we ordered the pizza we removed the pepperoni. Ah no that’s not what my receipt said. They kept telling me on there end that’s what it said smh. So when I called Grubhub to get my money back I ask them what did my receipt say and it said same as mine we didn’t remove no pepperoni. So I ask for a refund. I don’t know whose order they were looking at but it was not mine. Never again!!!!

i managed a papa johns from 2018-2022 so I know way too much about papa johns pizza. The dough was either not proofed correctly or left out too long after being made. It was chewy and old. I got less than half of the amount of pepperoni that was suppose to be on the pizza. Sauce was light not the full spoonful.At papa johns when the dough is cooked at the right temperature it has a chemical reaction where the yeast will rise and mix with the sugar of the sauce and create CO2, giving it that sweet and zesty flavor we all know and love. The pizzas i got did not have that chemical reaction.I am a full papa johns lover but this store did not represent the potential papa johns has.

I order papa johns alot but this one has dissapointed me every time I order recently. Thin pizza ,cold delivery and when i decided to try calling to resolve a a issue at around 8pm march 4th i was put on hold multiple times for multiple defensive responses and excuses and no help. I probably won't order here

I came in and ordered a pizza. I was told it would be 25 minutes. I went out to my car set a timer for 25 minutes and when the timer rang I went back inside. It took me 45 minutes in line to be able to pick up my order. Walked my pizza back out to my car only to discover they gave me the wrong pizza. Went back in and it took me another 25 minutes in line just to inform them of the problem. Then they gave me another pizza that isn't what I ordered but I just took it and left because I wasn't going to spend another half hour waiting for them to get it right. I will never eat Papa John's again.

Ordered pizza at 10pm tried called the store 20 times to cancel the order at 11:40 they kept declining I leave a note on my door saying I'm sleeping do not knock I continue to get 3 calls at 1:30am in the morning and knocks at my door . Absolutely ridiculous don't run a business if u can't answer the phone .

Horrible experience, understaffed, waited over an hour for something that should have taken 15 mins, there were piles of pizza boxes on the shelf, couldn't find my order. Was literally a waste of my time even ordering here. Will never do it again.

Placed an order for 1 large pizza a cheese sticks. The time said it would take 1 hour for delivery. That's understandable at 6:20pm, but my order arrived 45 mins AFTER the expected time, not to mention I only received 1 box of pizza (no breadsticks), and it's the wrong style of pizza. The delivery person was rude in the 1st place, didn't want to leave my receipt, and said to call the store and ask for the manager. I've was on hold for 10 minutes before anyone answered. I asked for the manager, and I've been on hold for 20 more minutes.AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND THE FOOD YOU ORDER !!!!!!
