$13.00 for 6 wings is absolutely ridiculous. Not only were they mediocre, but the manager literally tried to nickel and dime me for 1 extra side of ranch and mild sauce which totaled over $15! If they would show some sort of compassion or elevate their customer service, they wouldn’t be completely empty and might actually have customers. looks like they hire homeless people here. Not returning!

We ordered food online. Pizza, wing, soda, and some sauce. After paying. They delivered us only the pizza and the soda. After calling about our order they hanged up on us. Promising to talk us later. Never called back. We’re a dissatisfied, would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut, better off ordering from a different location.*after 5-7 calls later someone finally helped us! But again we would have to wait another 30mins after the hour and half we already waited! Thanks to whoever helped us!*after waiting more than 30 minutes they never gave us our food :(

Spent almost 50.00 for a pizza order to my job they forgot the soda that came with the order I called and was hung up on 4 times. Tiana said we can pick up the soda or a 4.00 credit where is the compensation for the inconvenience. Spent over an hour trying to get someone and Tiana said she was a manager but you don't have authority to compensate us really. This is so unprofessional as a business customer service is bad and that's the most important part of a business is the service. Waiting on a call back from Tiana this is not good at all Pizza Hut. Ticket number 0005 $45.88

I order my pizza for delivery as a new mom I couldn't just go to pick it up. I didn't request contact less delivery. To make it easier I literally sat by the door to wait for the driver. When the driver arrived, I put the baby down to be able to grab the box... the driver rung the door bell twice in less that 4 secs and left my food on the ground, Why did I tip or pay a delivery fee for a lazy driver. NOT to mention when I call the store I'm transferred to a call center, when I ask for a manager they stop talking and transfer you to the local store just for. you to be on hold for 30-45 mins and hung up on. I'll pay more at a mom and pop pizza place just for better quality and good customer service.

Ordered their bundle pizza box, food was ok asked for lite sauce on my Italian sausage pizza I got white sauce. Pizza hut is 1.2 miles from the hotel, when I called and asked if they were busy gentlemen replied no, so I proceeded with my order gave my card number they rang it thru, then they promptly tell me my card went thru and my pizza should be there with 45 mins to an hr. Livid!!!!

Edited to add on 10/12/23:I couldn't find a survey link at the bottom of my receipts but I just want to say that I experienced the most personable person ever last night, Tiana, as she looked me in the eye and smiled when she greeted me and spoke with me and got me my order. Order. She told me my pizza looked particularly good which made us look even more forward to our dinner. I always have a good experience at this Pizza Hut curbside window and last night was no exception, thank you for having such great service!

Got delivered the entire wrong pizza and when I called to tell them I was placed on hold until closing. Called back this morning just go be told my number isnt in their call log when I called at least 3 times. I was offered a $20 credit when I paid almost $50 total for my order. I said "No thank you, I'd like a refund" and was rudely told by the worker "well are you bringing the food back?". Stated she would call her district manager and give me a call back then rudely hung up. DO NOT give these folks yall money.
