Manager was rude and disrespectful. There should be no reason at all you should yell at a customer for no reason only asked which sizedrink because new employee were learning and didn't know much I would highly recommend taking your money somewhere else where you get treated with respect

Customer service in terrible…the lady taking my order sounded like she had a attitude and was rushing me with my order…there was a dark skin queer man with a beard at the drive through and he was very difficult…first he put the food in my hand..but I believe he gave me the wrong food and just snatched it out of my hand…then he forgot my sauce…so I had to drive back and he argued with me on why I had to pay for the sauce (mind you I got a 5 piece tender that comes with two sauces) but his coworker checked him on it…overall majority of the workers are very rude and ghetto..no manners at all…TIGHTEN UP !!!!

We pull up there is NO LINE!! I order a 2 piece dark.. ghost pepper wings(6 piece) and a side of shrimp. I am watching cars just pass and pass, but I continue to wait. I finally get out the car to see what’s going on the manger confirms my order, I then watch her go get my bag of food SITTING by the cashier at the drive thru! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My food was also cold! There is no telling how long my food was just sitting there! UNACCEPTABLE on ever level!

This Popeyes is hit or miss. Food could be good or terrible. Sometimes you'll order spicy and they give you original and vice versa. Its because they'll be out of chicken. Happens all the time. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches for my grandparents and they gave me spicy and my grandparents do eat spicy. It was thrown in the trash.

This place is phenomenal! I had a really awesome experience, they were busy, and the person who took my order was really polite and made sure I got everything I asked for. This is one of the top three satisfying meals I've had! Thanks for everything you guys are doing great!
