My friend took me to this place to get a piece of cake for my 66th birthday. Much to my pleasure and surprise they had tiramisu. The young lady said it was frozen, but I bought it for later anyway. I have had tiramisu from at least 5 locations in Raleigh and the piece I got here is by far and hands down the best I have ever eaten. While you could taste the individual ingredients they came together in a symphony of great taste in my mouth. I felt like I'd died and gone to heaven. The price threw me off, but know that it was well worth every penny. They have a customer for life!!

I absolutely love the cakes! I tried the food for the first time and it wasn’t all that good to me. I paid 25$ for what was a kids size plate. The green beans, taste just like they came straight out the can no flavor or anything not good. The pig feet was ok not much flavor a the rice bland as well. The portion of the plates was not worth what they charging. But I’ll definitely stick to the CAKES!!!

I viaited the location in downtown Raleigh at the history museum with my family, and we will definitely be returning. The location was spotless and easy to find, the staff were kind and understanding while I ordered with a tired toddler, and the food was absolutely delicious. I think these might be the best fries in Raleigh!I also think it’s wonderful that there is good quality food at a very competitive price point in such a busy area of Raleigh, and I really appreciate how it is all cooked to order. This very much deserves to be better known and I will be recommending it to anyone in Raleigh who needs a quick bite with their family.

Yummy cake here! Super moist and flavorful. Great customer service! I only wish they allowed you inside. Seeing as to I do alot of reviews and I oftentimes review atmosphere of establishments. Would have loved to take pics of the display as well. I was only able to take a pic of my slices once I got home...
The strawberry shortcake was so moist and delicious. I wish their business hours weren't so limited because I would definitely return.

Best cake slice I've had in Raleigh! My husband and I tried their cake for the first time and was blown away. The vanilla is spot on...chocolate and lemon is also good. Listen if you are craving something sweet, please go there. We will be returning sooner than later!

Always good tasting cakes , always a limited selection for me because it sells out fast. (all to my fault of latest) But would recommend trying the lemon blueberry cake or sweet potato or the hummingbird cake!

Premier Cakes has ruined me once other cakes. So many bakeries in Raleigh focus on style over substance, but I do not give a darn about you being able to recreate the sixteenth chapel in 3D holographic whatever. Thank you Tracey for devoting your craft for substance over style, and y’all are truly the sweetest people who are worth supporting.
