The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I haven't been here in years, last time I was here the food wasn't good, but I decided to give it another try. This time I didn't even get my food, I was dining in, ordered my food, sat there for close to 30 minutes without my food, the server didn't one time come to check on me! As I sit there watching people that came in after me receive their food, I decide to get up walk to the back to see what's going on...the waiter says to me, "Oh, I'm busy, I'll put it in now", he hadn't even put my order in!!! Long story short, he wouldn't get the manager & one of the other waitress came & said to me "he's working on it now, he was busy"!! I walked out & will not return!!!

About every 6 months, I forget how bad the food is here and come back because it is so convenient to where I live. Nothings changed. Still bland, mush. Why it's difficult to fry chicken and not have it be tasteless, mushy crap is beyond me. I'm going to try again to never come back here.

Pleasant ambiance. It was busy when we were there, but the service was attentive, the portions plentiful and all tasty! They say that they do not use msg, BTW. Parking in the back.The take out is Very Fast :)

I ordered takeout, and the sweet-and-sour chicken was excellent! I like a lot of sweet-and-sour sauce, I always ask for extra, and I'm the one that put it on the food. The chicken was tender, moist, and fried to perfection. The sweet-and-sour sauce was delicious, too! Looking forward to going back to this restaurant while I'm visiting Raleigh. P.S. The food looked much better than the photo.?

Wet, soggy, leaking everywhere. Spring roll was saturated with oil. Mostly tasteless except for fried rice that tasted like peanut butter. Never again...Well we ordered again. 70.00 and no condiments

This was actually my second time visiting this place. The first time I came the food was amazing. The second visit I expected the same experience, I didn’t get that. What I got was bland, soggy breading, and not so friendly customer service. Sadly, I will not be returning.

I heard many friend talk about the red dragon Food it is a wonderful and delicius food and I'm sure it is very good today I went to try to their beef with green peppers and it was wonderful. And the service was very good thank you.
Absolute garbage. I think this restaurant must have changed hands a few years ago. It was once one of our favorite places but has really declined significantly in recent years. Last week we decided to give it one last try. We walked into the place at around 7:30pm on Friday night. Place was Empty! The General's Chicken was a massive heap of greasy fried breading. No discernible chicken was found. My stomach ached that night and the next day. I guess the biggest clue was that the lady running the place was seen eating her homemade dinner from a Pyrex portable container. She doesn't even eat the food there. LOL. See attached photo.

For takeout Chinese, the food and service are fine. We ordered take out for a pre-Christmas dinner with friends and everyone like the dishes. The star of the show was the Singaporean curry rice noodles!
