Every time I get a chocolate iced doughnut from here, they smash them in the bag with paper smashed into the icing so it comes off when you take the paper off. Would be good if not for that.
Love Rise Village District!I order breakfast for my office every week and Rise is quickly becoming the crowd favorite. From decadent donuts to danish to biscuits, they crush breakfast. I am a particular fan of the fried green tomato biscuit. They have great options to customize their products- gluten free, vegetarian etc. Service is always great- fast and friendly.My only “negative” comment is the parking lot- plenty of spaces but be very careful because people kind of fly through there/aren’t aware of traffic patterns. Great location though!Thank you rise!

the guy running the show in there on Saturday morning is OUTSTANDING. He keeps things going, he is patient and courteous, even when customersare rude. i amcoming back just because of him!! biscuits are pretty darn good too. make surethat guy never leaves.

First time visiting. Placed an order online and went to pick up. I was not aware of having to pick up my food from the machine by typing in the code. The manager Tim was very rude and sarcastic when I questioned if that’s where I picked up the food. He treated me very disrespectful and told me to leave. I only questioned if that was were I picked up the food as it was my first time picking up. I don’t think I will go here again due to how rude Tim was. I think the owner should reconsider how the leadership treats customers as this can affect their profit and growth.The Rudeness is unnecessary Tim!
I love the vegetarian options at Rise. My favorite dipping sauce is Boom Boom. Fantastic!

I'm not sure of the name of the manager that was on duty, but his service was excellent he provided me with 2 delicious donuts and one ham biscuit that my mother savored for hours because it was so delicious. I will definitely be back. And thank you.
