We came when they first opened and it was amazing. We then visited every few months and each time, the quality has gotten progressively worse. Less options, smaller portions (not too big a deal but noticable), poor quality of the rolls, etc. Today we visited again and they had severely limited the cooked food menu and the sushi roll options. All of them tasted the same and were just so-so. I don't know if the one in Durham is any better but from last I visited it is far superior to the Raleigh location. Wont be going back for barely edible sushi and almost non existent menu options. I don't know if it's changed hands since first opening but whomever is running it is running it straight into the ground :( very sad because we really did used to love this place.

Great all you can eat sushi. But expensive if you don't eat much. You can get the revolving sushi or they have a limited menu of hot food to order. There is miso soup and sauces available by the drink station

14 for adult and 7 for my kid, but my total came to about 30 and I didn’t get drinks. I should have paid about 25 with taxes added. So, make sure they don’t overcharge you because I’m pretty sure they think you won’t notice if you’re not paying attention. Not a lot to notice, but they probably make their money by doing it to people. So, make sure they don’t over charge you a few bucks.

I was very impressed with the sushi! The food that was ordered was delivered quickly. The delivered food was not as good as the sushi. I liked the atmosphere because it was very relaxed! I will definitely go back.

Honestly, by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. From top to bottom this restaurant is gross and has very poor quality standards. The sushi was not fresh, it was repulsive, and the chicken and steak entrees were overcooked and completely flavorless. The self serve free miso soup comes out of a coffee urn and was instantly unappetizing. I’m actually astonished by the abysmal quality of this restaurant and how it somehow gets decent reviews. Do not come here!

Rockin' Rolls Sushi is a gem in the heart of Raleigh that has become a beloved tradition for my family. Our visits here are always filled with excitement, laughter, and of course, fantastic food. The conveyor belt style buffet is an absolute thrill! There's something undeniably fun about watching delectable dishes glide past your table, just waiting to be plucked up and enjoyed. It's like a culinary adventure unfolding before your eyes! And the added element of competition makes it even more entertaining. We've turned plate-clearing into a friendly competition, and I must boast that I clinched victory during our last visit with an impressive 22 plates! The variety of sushi available is truly impressive. Whether you're a traditionalist who loves classic rolls or an adventurous eater eager to try something new, Rockin' Rolls Sushi has you covered. But it's not just about sushi—the additional offerings like salads, sides, and desserts ensure that there's something to please every palate at the table.I also appreciate the convenience of the iPad ordering system for items not on the conveyor belt. Being able to customize our meal with appetizers, kids' meal items, and even hibachi-style dishes adds an extra layer of satisfaction to the dining experience. The fact that these items are cooked to order ensures that everything arrives fresh and flavorful.Despite living in Wilmington, my family and I are more than willing to make the trip to Raleigh just to dine at Rockin' Rolls Sushi. That's how much we love this place! The combination of exceptional food, innovative dining concept, and friendly atmosphere makes it a standout destination worth traveling for.Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just looking for a unique dining experience the whole family can enjoy, I wholeheartedly recommend Rockin' Rolls Sushi. You won't be disappointed!

As soon as I walked in the door I was sweetly and warmly greeted and offered assistance with getting my drink, as I am physically disabled and use a walker to help get me around. She was so wonderful! The food was delicious and FRESH, establishment was clean, staff helpful and friendly! I don't have a single complaint other than y'all don't have any locations closer to the Albemarle area lol ? I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated my experience at this location. Rock on!!!
