Would have liked to have tried the place. Menu looked delicious but the service was horrible. We were seated and never got served. Waitresses came out and checked on the other tables. but never us. They weren't busy at all. We were a small group. A couple got sat and were immediately taken care of. We got up and left after that. We had even asked the hostess if we could get some service.

I love that there is indoor and outdoor seating here. A couple of friends introduced me to the wonderful world of Ruckus last year and I can honestly say I haven't had anything I didn't like. I recently tried the mozzarella sticks and they are delicious. The staff is always friendly, quick to serve, and honest about wait times. If they tell you that your food will take 20 minutes, it'll take 20 minutes or less. You won't be told 20 minutes and then end up waiting an hour. I love Ruckus and look forward to all the visits and delicious food in my future!Parking: Ruckus is part of a shopping center. Parking is available for all businesses. I have been quite a few times at various times (from lunch to late night) and I've never had a problem finding a parking spot.

Wait staff was very attentive, all of our orders were correct and they were patient with our pace of eating/drinking. Host team was wonderful and quickly found us a carseat sling to accommodate our party’s needs. Food was wonderful, even the kids menu! Staff at counter was extremely attentive and friendly. As well as bartender. Everyone had a smile and was busy doing work. Good vibes. Food was really good and fresh. Nice outdoor seating. I was surprised kinda hidden gem.

One location (apex) left the sauce completely off my wrap .. this location .. the wrap is drenched in it. Gross. There should be a medium, it is common sense as to what too much sauce and it doesn't take a 5 star chef.. just someone who cares.

Great for ECU Alumni we love to get together there especially after a long hot day at the pool! In walking distance too so you can come for great food great shots great drinks! That's how the Pirates roll anyway and anywhere! Winning !!

Absolutely delicious pizza. Ever since we moved from east Raleigh we’ve been trying to find a Cary equivalent of our favorite pizza place on the other side of town and Ruckus is the winner. Our white pizza was a little on the greasy side, but other than that we loved the thin but not overcooked crust, the great blend of cheeses, pesto, and garlic. It was louder than we expected for a Wednesday night, but we still had fun and the 2000s emo playlist was an added bonus. We’ll be back!

I love a good college town hangout that is basically the cliche "hole in the wall". Ruckus has exceptional food and many things, like the bread for sandwiches and sides, locally made. The pizza is really good and not overdone by too much of anything. Their Newcastle marinara is amazing and those fresh, yes fresh not frozen, mozzarella sticks are so good. I also like their sandwiches and always recommend a side of potato salad. Thank you Ruckus for still being you all of these years and thank you Robert for treating your patrons like family.

I love this place. I have been going here since I moved to Raleigh 15 years ago. Their pizza is outstanding. I love the mozzarella sticks and the Newcastle marinara is so flavorful, I always order extra. Don't feel like pizza? Their sandwiches are great. Everything tastes fresh and the bread is a local made product that is delicious. I recommend the potato salad as a side, . Their management is great too and they employ wonderful people.
