Hands down the best Italian sub I've ever had. The pizza crust is usually excellent. I lived in Raleigh for years and a sub from Randy's is something I look forward to whenever I pass through town these days.

I am not in this area often but I happened to be there last Wednesday, July 7, 2021. I enjoyed Randy's in the past so I looked at getting some of their pizza as a treat. The store is supposed to open at 11:00 AM, and I waited until nearly 11:15 AM but the door was still locked. I finally gave up and left. If a business says it is open at a certain time it should adhere to those hours. I will not be back.

This Randys Pizza is nothing like the Randys Pizza in Lake Boone Shopping Center which I have always enjoyed. This shop needs help.

Great steak and cheese, great service, definitely going back. Service for lunch was quick. Food came out hot and the iced tea was freshly brewed.

This place has the most authentic cheesesteaks. And this Philly girl craves them. But they NEVER get the order right. I ask for only cheese every single time and come home to (see pics). I hate to say I'm done, but I am. This is the 7th time since they switched from Sergios that I've been so disappointed and pissed off.

Basing my review solely on customer service- NOT the food. Ordered a Grubhub delivery for Randy's. Our Grubhub delivery driver said that he arrived to the restaurant and a female was refusing to give him the order because they do not honor Grubhub, yet he said our order was some how prepared and ready? I contacted the restaurant and the gentleman said that it was funny because they have had "several" grubhub orders come in, in the past few days but that they terminated their contract several months ago. I advised that they probably should contact grubhub regarding that issue since it's frequently happening- but I'm sure he just wanted to get off of the phone and rolled his eyes when I got off! I have had Randy's from the Durham and Lake Boone Trl location many times and it has been phenomenal each time- so really bummed out about this.

We was from out of Town and was told to go here. So glad we Did. The staff was friendly & polite and the business was very clean. We took our pizza home and Enjoyed it so much. Very tasty: hot and delicious. Awesome job; Thanks to the Staff 5-22- 7:00. My son will be seeing you soon. Thanks for putting a Smile on our Face. Thanks

After waiting in the restaurant 20 minutes for a pickup order I watched them box up my pizza and give it to some random guy that didn't even order a pizza. :/

Shame on me for continuing to expect this place to get their act together. My husband likes the wings. If it weren’t for that fact I would have given up on this place long ago. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have shown up to pick up our order at the time I was told it would be ready and the food wasn’t ready. I’m not talking about like a few minutes not ready, I’m talking about 20 minutes or more not ready. And the kicker is THEY DO NOT CARE Pizza crust is always tough and chewy. If my husband wants their wings again he can go pick them up. I’m done.
A good solid NY style pizza. Would have got higher score if it was less greasy.

I took my sons today for a late lunch. They were super friendly and patient with my two rambunctious boys. We had a large house salad and a large half cheese/half pepperoni pie. We love Randy's and will definitely be back.

I came to get a slice of pizza( never been here before) and the man here went to grab his phone from... I guess the dining area.. and then he proceeded to grab me and my friends slices of pizza with his unwashed hands and heat the pizza up ...I’m truly disgusted especially with this pandemic going on this was a huge no no ...
