Four adults went for breakfast, nobody enjoyed their food. Crepes were flavorless, too thick, very disappointing . Looked like the plates were thrown together, no thought to proper presentation , no eye appeal. We will never eat there again sorry to say. Waitress was very friendly and nice ...place was empty on a Thursday morning. With that said, you would think the kitchen would have done a much better job. I did not finish my food it was very gloopy, crepes thick all stuck together and tasteless. They need to retrain kitchen and look at the recipes ..they need help. Came for breakfast on a vacation, was BLOWN AWAY by the rumchata custard French toast with bananas. It was like a gorgeous bananas foster with crispy brulee’d caramel over top. Exquisite ? Izzie and her trainee, Cheyenne did a lovely job and were so pleasant! Definitely will be back on the next trip

This place is fantastic! If you're in the area, this is a visit you need to make.Service was great for a Thursday morning brunch. The food is "farm fresh" and just pops in your mouth! We were looking for a Cracker Barrel and stumbled upon this spot! God must love us. ?

It was my first time ordering a take out order online from Simply Crepes... sadly will be the last. When I first walked in I could barley get through the doors because of the amount of people waiting to check in or be seated. The young man who was hosting was hiding behind a ipad for majority of my time there, and he also made me wait with the individuals waiting for a reservation. I kept trying to communicate I was here to pick up a prepaid order but he told me he was figuring something out on his ipad and he needed a second. I understand places can get busy and staff can get overwhelmed but nothing was being done for all the guests waiting in the entrance, which physically caused an uncomfortable environment (I was literally squished against the door lol). I finally was able to communicate to him that I just wanted my take out food and he seemed frustrated and told me to ask another server who walked away. He finally came back and told me he'd check the kitchen but take out orders weren't really his responsibility. Finally after a 15 minute wait I got my food which was not only freezing cold (probably because it was just sitting there) but items were forgotten in the order. When reporting this issue I was told since it was a pick up order it was my fault I didn't check the $86.60 order and nothing could be done.Before this experience I was such a fan of Simply Crepes, but the after the service I witnessed I will not be returning anytime soon. The food itself was good, only disappointed in the lack of service and organization of their FOH staff.
