We ordered a 20 person chicken tender bar from Smashburger for my son’s birthday. The food came early, cold and overcooked. We expected plates/napkins and utensils and none were delivered. I was sadly disappointed in the entire experience and will never order from this location again.

One of the few places in town to get a turkey burger, and it's delicious! I love the crunchy edges! On-line ordering is easy and the food is always ready when I arrive. The tots and shakes are great, too!

Whoever owns this place is messing up a gem by being cheap and not hiring proper help. The cashier is running the line orders, the line cook is cooking and then running out of the kitchen to serve food. The cashier is playing the role of three employees.It took 20 minutes for my food to come and I watched multiple people come in and leave because a cashier wasn’t at the register.On another note. The burgers are good!

So ordered 6 wings a double bacon burger smash fries and tater tots.Burger came out in 6 minutes. The wings we haven't seen in 20 minutes. The tater tots and fries are somewhere with the wings. The staff are not helpful and pretty much dismissive. Pay $38 for a terrible experience. Will not be coming back. They can just keep the missing food. Definitely lost a few customers on this one
I got lunch today from here and they totally messed up the order and the manager was completely rude never will get my money again spent $15 to be totally

I'm going to keep this short and simple! I should've known from the moment we walked in the door. One of the employees wore a hoodie under their smash burger shirt with the hoodie over their head. The menus are so worn out and dirty they need to be replaced! But we ordered anyway. Ordered a classic smash double and bacon double with tater tots. After not too unreasonable of a wait it only took ONE bite!!! The grease was steadily dripping out of the burger and the burger was burnt!!! Tasted like charcoal! The tater tots sat in a pool of grease on the paper in the wire tray. Left the food on the table! We will never go back! I'd rather have a cold McDonalds burger over this. Two burgers, one tater tot and one drink was $28.00 - right in the trash! Good luck!

Gave one star only because you can't give zero. Went to this location today and had to wait a long time for someone to come to the register. They all seemed too busy to wait on customers. This should Have been my first red flag. The menus were not up-to-date and had been manually updated with stickers covering things not available instead of getting new menus with accurate information. The food was just ok. When I used the restroom prior to leaving, there was no toilet paper, no paper towels and the toilet was dirty. Have only previously been to a location in Charlotte that was leaps and bounds better than this Raleigh location. Do not recommend.
