The cookies arrived on time and in perfect shape. There weren't any broken cookies. These were for my daughter's baby shower, done in a Peter Rabbit theme. We had to do a taste test before the shower. They were as good as they looked. Will definitely order from them again!

These cookies were gorgeous so much so they made me cry. Not only beautiful, but delicious too. I would highly recommend ordering through Southern Sugar Bakery. The response time via email can be a bit touch and go. Be aware of holiday busy seasons as this does impact communication around orders. I would suggest SSB put a working phone number on their site for better lines of communication vs solely relying on email. This is more feedback yet I wouldn’t let it deter you from using their services. They’re exceptional!

Ordered a cookie cake for my son's bday which was supposed to be Saturday 3/2. Son started feeling bad and tested positive for the flu on Wednesday 2/28. Tried calling and emailing daily to ask to reschedule cake for the following weekend. They do not answer the phones, return calls, or reply to emails. Non existent customer service has left us with a cookie cake and no one to share it with. We will have to scramble to find another bakery to make yet another cake for next weekend.

Southern Sugar Bakery has shipped several personalized cookie orders for me and the cookies and presentation are superb, each time. My daughter still has the handwritten notecard on her fridge that was sent along with her cookie…it’s that personal in appearance. Very nice job!

They offer a large variety so it was nice that I found something that worked with our theme and was able to be customize.It would be helpful to add more instructions for pickup location. Chiropractic staff were nice and helpful in directing us.

I ordered custom cookies from them on a tight turnaround time. Everyone was so kind and helped me solidify design ideas. The cookies were beautiful, arrived on time, and so well-packed! And to top it all off, they were delicious. Often custom logo cookies don't taste the best but these were so good, so fresh, and a huge hit at my event. Even staff was trying to sneak them.

The sugar cookies are a work of art, decorated beautifully and are delicious. They are packaged extremely well so no broken ones when delivered. The chocolate chip cookie mix is something I try to always have on hand. It’s quick and easy to prepare and it’s always a treat to have warm cookies right out of the oven. Both the decorated cookies and the mix make a great gift as well.
