"Sauteed String Beans" was literally frozen green beans with some sauce dumped on it.The peanut dipping sauce for the Saigon Rolls was runny and tasted rancid, but maybe that's the way it is intended to be.Most expensive cup of miss soup I've ever ordered and pretty unremarkable with maybe 4 pieces of seaweed in it.The Pad Thai was soupy, therefore the noodles were soggy. I asked for it "spicy" and it was still pretty flavorless. The chicken and shrimp tasted pretty low quality.Definitely not worth the nearly $60 I paid with tax for these 4 items, not including the tip I gave my delivery driver since it definitely wasn't her fault.I usually can't wait to have Thai food for leftovers and I'm tossing the green beans and Pad Thai after I power through a few bites. The Saignon Rolls and Miso were OK, but only because those two dishes don't really lend themselves to being easily ruined.I hope I just got a bad night, but I will not be a return customer.

It is so good! Especially fried rice and kids menu are delicious. The employees are kind. Everything is great!

There is a 50/50 chance of the food being hot and fresh or cold and soggy. When the food is fresh it is really good, but it is not consistent. This restaurant has some of the worst service. I ordered a meal through the app at 11:20 am to be picked up at 2pm. When I arrived the staff was confused and then said that they gave it to someone else. I do not know if they gave my food away or if they lied because they forgot to make it. They did not offer me any compensation for the terrible service or for having to wait for them to make my whole meal again. Then once they remade my order, part of it was wrong! I was very unsatisfied and will not return. Their service was so frustrating and this is the first time I am giving any restaurant a 1 star review. I understand messing up once or twice, but this has happened too many times.

Two words: Don't go! Service sucks, food not authentic, ordered beef brisket noodles soup, they cheated us for a beef slice noodle soup, for that price $13 no way, miso soup taste not the real kind in Japanese restaurant, ordered chicken lo mein, it was flavorless, we have never had this kind of horrible experience before. This is not a review, this is a warning! I heard today is their last day in Raleigh, moving to some place else, good luck to the owner. Forgot to mention, we entered to the restaurant stood there for more than 5 minutes, the lady didn't bother to look at us she was busy fooling around with the computer. What a good service.

Spring Rolls in North Hills can be a great stop for Asian fusion food. This is especially true for their lunch menu, which is very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, their dinner menu is a bit worse in terms of value. The sushi can be a little underwhelming at times, but it is very inexpensive.

I will never visit this place again! The service was terrible! The restaurant was a little busy but not full. We had to flag waiters down for Every. Single. Thing. Menus, drink orders, food orders (I cancelled my sushi because it took too long to get), to go boxes, and checks. Yeah, we had to ask for all of that. We were never given the right amount of silverware. The lo mein was so garlicky that my friend couldn’t eat it and picked the garlic chunks out. No one ever apologized or explained why everything was terrible except when our table got the food, which was a “sorry about the wait” kind of sentence and not an actual explanation for all of this craziness. I’ve always loved their location by Wade Park, but this has been the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a looonnnngggg time.

Sticky floors and flies on our arrival kinda set the expectations for me. The service was good and food is something I would rave about. I have had better asian food in the triangle. Tom Yum soup was average. It lacked lemongrass and some galangal. Most of the dishes that they serve are less than 10$ which makes it affordable. Decent food, affordable, good service but "bad ambience".

I got delivery through post mates and I thought it was a Joke at first. The sesame chicken was friend 4 times ... To the point it was just hunks of friend dough. I haven't idea what this is, but it's not food

Very enjoyable meal here. We were going to concert so we went for an early dinner. $3 margaritas, can't beat that price. Food was served promptly, hot and delicious. I had orange chicken, plentiful with great tasting white rice. An enjoyable and affordable meal with great flavor.

I visited on their last day in North Hills Mall before moving to Durham. Food as usual was good. Sorry to see them move

The bad review for Spring Rolls really surprise me! I've been here 3 times and each time the food was on point! They have a really affordable lunch menu and they give really good portions. I mostly stray away from Chinese food because of fear of eating mystery meat - but here, you can trust the chicken! It's white meat that is cooked crips on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their sesame and general tao's chicken are perfect. I've also had their pad Thai and it is good. To me this is a good Asian fusion spot. I do agree that the service can be a bit slow, but the menu is solid.

After the movies we decided to go get some food the take home. Pad Thai with chicken is my usual go to at Asian restaurants but I decided to go with the Thai noodles since it is similar. Bad move on my part. I prefer the rice noodles or flat noodle that is commonly used in Pad Thai not the fatter noodles used in this dish. I decided on this because it was similar since I also ask for no bean sprout and no peanit. Big mistake. Also, I am really not understanding how wedge tomatoes are in every Thai dish I order at any place. It's not even listed on the description but somehow it shows up like a bad penny. I am NOT a fan of tomatoes in general so I try to make sure I do not order a dish with it. It took forever for our food even though the place was practically empty.
