Great unique delicious dishes!!! The atmosphere is great, customer service is the best in the city, and the food is top notch. My advise is to get there wayyy before they open if you want to be seated at 5. If not expect a wait, bit it is worth it. They will also serve you drinks and small bites outside while you wait. Will definitely be back!

Me and my fiance decided to come to this restaurant on a rainy weekend. I am glad we chose this place. This is one of the best restaurants I have been to.The food is tapas style for the small items. We ordered approximately 6 items for 2 people. I really enjoyed their quail and Teradito.Truly, where the restaurant shines is the service. The small courses come one by one as compared to other restaurants where you get everything all at once. It gives enough time to savor one item, and it is promptly replaced by the next one. The attention to detail is amazing.We are definitely coming back !!

Understood that we have to wait because reservations are just sooooo hard, but the time a table was promised came and went for 30+ minutes. Yes, I did have the audacity to prefer inside, but that question wasn’t asked when we were first promised a table. If you’re a table of four, you’re probably good, but if you’re a table of two, you’re disposable.

Stanbury has great vibes, stellar food, and seriously good cocktails. You can sit inside or outside on a covered patio area (it has heaters). My partner and I showed up at 5:45 on a Thursday and were seated immediately, but I can see there being a bit of a wait on busier days (inside is kinda small). Everything on the menu was fun, delicious, and combined elements in a playful way! Our fav was the beef tartare. The food matched the vibes of the decor, which was funky, cool but casual. Parking was on the street, so be ready for that.Wheelchair accessibility: Not particularly friendly to wheelchair users

The food, the atmosphere and the service were all amazing! My husband and 2 teenage girls went last weekend. We arrived at 4:30 to put our names in and were promptly seated a little after 5pm. We went to a Michelin star restaurant in NYC last year and this meal was much better! We will definitely be going back!
We had a table of 4 and although we had to wait quite a while (they do not take reservations ) the time passed quickly with appetizers, cocktails and conversation. They hit it out of the ballpark! Always a great meal when we come. We shared ( small plates)the turnips ( extra delicious), mixed greens, oysters, a cheese plate, and bread and butter…. the butter was among the creamiest and tastiest I have ever had. We shared two large plates- the tagliatelle and sea bass both mouth watering. We said why not and ordered all three dessert offerings .. butterscotch pudding, olive oil cake and black forest. If I had to pick a least favorite( and it still was good just not great) was the olive oil cake…. Enjoyable evening .. thanks Stanbury for the always great vibe and wonderful plates !

The servers are so nice and funny. I loved the electric fireplace and warm atmosphere, even on a chilly night! And as always, the food was well prepared and evenly spaced so that we were able to enjoy and savor every item.

This is one of those places where nearly all there is to say has been said by somebody else, so the only way to truly capture its excellence is to go ahead and experience it yourself. An absolute gem, this unique and semi-eclectically decorated restaurant offers some of the most fantastic food in the area. Each dish on their ever changing menu is packed with flavor and freshness, and presented beautifully. From the small plates to the dessert, each unique offering is truly exquisite. The interior offers a cozy and casual environment with exceptionally friendly, warm, and efficient service. While their waits and walk up reservation system can at times be a bit frustrating, it is worth it and they offer some drinks and appetizers at times while you wait. Would highly recommend and will definitely try to return.
