Tried to charge me extra for extra syrup and drizzle for my frappe. Also the barista wasn’t very hygienic when handling my drink cup. I hate when they touch the inside of my drink cup.

This store is very lucky I could give them a 1 star. Not because of the workers but the managers. It is ridiculous how I’ve heard and seen the staff being treated. The managers need to go. They always have attitudes and can’t even do their jobs correctly.

Today is July 15, 2022. I got a piece of the lemon loaf cake and usually the cake itself is in a brown bag. This time the cake was still in the clear plastic and it has a production date of May 24, 2022! It’s almost 2 months old.

Ohh Starbucks why so much hoopla about you when you don't have everything for everybody. I am not fan of Starbucks mainly because I make my own first thing in the morning and one cup of decaf is all the fuel I need until it is five o'clock somewhere in the world. So why 2 stars? because Starbucks or at least this location can't make a decaf coffee, seriously? no decaf The place looks nice and clean, inviting but no decaf This particular Starbucks is INSIDE Harris Teeter and maybe it is limited space that they don't have room for a bag of decaf

Online it stated that Harris Teeter and the Starbucks in it open at 6. There was no hours sign or anything posted, no employee there, and a sign that said I'll be right back. I waited there for over ten minutes, someone from customer service had to be called over by another employee, and another five minutes passed before the Starbucks employee finally showed up and she said they weren't open and was rude about it. I let her know there was no hours sign or anything and no one else told me they weren't open and she essentially just ignored me. 0/10 would recommend for rude employees.

I do not remember the baristas name but whoever was working at 2:50pm on Thursday March 25th is the best barista ever! I was having a horrible day and she really brightened my day up! I felt so bad that I couldn’t tip today, I can’t wait to go back and make sure she gets the tip she deserves!

It seems like every time I stop here to get coffee there is only one person there. And that person doesn’t even get the drinks right. I know it’s not completely that persons fault because they need another person to help.
