You have to wait about an hour if you want a single drink. I never received my order and they told me i had to contact grub hub, then grub hub said they didn't have a partnership with ncsu and i never got my money back. terrible service here and few workers.

Last night I found out my grandpa died and this morning I wanted a fun treat to cheer me up. I get my drink and I’m reading and I knocked it over. Just my luck. I’m cleaning it up and trying not to have another mental breakdown and the lovely Starbucks barrista remade my drink for me without me even saying anything. Shout out to her, she made my day.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. If you order one thing or something small, be prepared to wait half an hour. They ruined my break with how long they took :( Will never return to this

I ordered an almond croissant and they cancelled the order after i waited 50 minutes also i ordered a dragon drink and they handed me a white drink. Since then they've improved lol.

I recently ordered here, and my order was wrong. I asked for a refund or an exchange and that was not accepted. I’m not a huge Starbucks fan, I order there from time to time. It’s never asked about the size drink I’d like it’s often time assumed. I find that very scandalous, because now I’m required to drink and pay for something of the size I didn’t ask for.

This starbucks takes so slow to make drinks, 40 minutes to 30 minutes to make two matcha lattes is crazy. They had both out drinks sitting behind the counter.

So I ordered a matcha latte yesterday and got 2/3 cup of ice. I was denied a refill and the staff was very amused by my dissatisfaction. I mean I’m never ordering anything here again.

Got my order wrong 3 times in a row, told them I didn’t want ice 2 times and still put ice in my drink, also because I didn’t want ice in my drink they didn’t even fill up the cup completely.

This Starbucks is slow and they’ll never get your order right.Everytime I order, I receive something not even close to what I order. Last time I ordered a dragon drink and I got yellow water because they were out but didn’t want to take it off the menu or offer a substitution. Today I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, but there was no caramel, whipped cream or the topping. I got plain blended coffee.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been in my entire life. I put my order almost 50min ago in Grubhub and the pick up time kept delaying. I saw one barista keep playing her phone even tho tons of orders in front of her during making coffee and she did not pay attention to make the drink. I have no idea why a cup of coffee and a piece of sandwich need me to wait almost 60 min to get it. This is not fast food, and this must be slow food then.

I’ve visited this Starbucks 3-4 years ago when I first came to State and it wasn’t bad. Definitely student oriented which I understand and could be slower because of the mass influx of student orders. I visited this one again for the first time in years and could tell they were busy from the start - I also work at a high volume restaurant and understand how stressful it can be so am never upset when I have to wait etc. The guy, seems like a manager from his shirt, finished speaking with someone on his team then said he could take our order. He said it would be a 25-35 min wait which I did not mind and said okay and he continued that it would be easier if I had ordered on the Grubhub app, which I later heard him tell another guest that the food is always faster when it’s ordered on Grubhub. I am not on campus often but did say I would consider it next time. He said it can be around an hour and a half wait for drinks so Grubhub would be good next time - once again I said okay and acknowledged it. I asked him for my drink - which he grabbed a cup immediately and started writing on it before I could tell him what size - again I did not mind as I know a lot is going on. I asked for no inclusions (strawberries) in it and he confirmed by repeating that to me. Both of my drinks did have strawberry scoop inclusions in them. Overall I feel the interaction could have been a lot better - taking time even when it’s busy to communicate with guests properly and not in a rushed or irritated tone. From what it seemed like, the team could have had better communication and could have worked better together to tackle the orders.

Possibly the slowest Starbucks ever, and their staff is extremely rude. Highly DO NOT recommend especially if you don’t have time to wait for at least a hour or 2. Oh and keep in mind your order is likely to be cancelled :))
