Psychotic store policies, bipolar staff behind the counter. Can’t believe Subway lets them keep their franchise agreement with the way they do things. At least location was at clean and food tasted fresh but was pricy.

where do I start, the women rhat was working had a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. She was yelling at her son/daughter who was behind the counter which is simply unhygienic as they didn't have gloves on. when I added bacon to my order she scoffed. AND on top of all of that she was gossiping with a fellow worker when I were ordering. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Worst WORST Inedible sub ever. The bread was rock hard and there was maybe 1oz of meat on entire sandwich. Ordered light mayo and was drowning in mayo. I think if I'd thrown against wall (instead of the trash) it would've left a dent.Owners so worried about penny pinching serving expired bread and 1/3 portion sizes.When the other franchisees close, you can be proud your part of the reason why. Never again AT ANY SUBWAY. Cheap, disgusting and just plain wrong

Terrible service made us wait in front while they just made bread and talk. Asked for water and they had "no water cups", wouldn't even allow us to refill our own water bottles. Spent $25, wish I tipped 0 instead of 15%. Would not recommend, drive 10 minutes to another one instead.

I order a turkey footling pro and I asked for extra lettuce and the woman making my sub told me she would have to charge me extra for toppings. Since when does Subway charge for extra lettuce? Definitely won’t be coming back I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

I went to the subway to pick a late lunch about 2:00 p.m. I had to wait for a couple of minutes for someone to come out from the back. I then placed my order which was the sub of the day and when I went to check out was told it was $3 more than I was expecting. When I pointed out it was the sub of the day I was rudely told do you see any signs? We don't participate in that. Then the person offered that I didn't have to buy the sub if I didn't want it, so I didn't and she threw it in the trash rather than sell it at the national League advertised price. This is just a another in many issues I've had at the store through the years. Don't think I'm going back even though it's the closest to me.

Ordered for curbside pickup because I was unable to go into the store. Eventually had to go in after waiting for 25 min and the girl behind the counter yelled at me that I had to go into the store even though I selected curbside. Also tried to refuse service when I voiced my frustration with this process as the app and sign say they will bring the food out. Wish I could give 0 stars, I will never be going back and I don’t recommend anyone else tried to go here either.

This location constantly closes and locks doors at varying times of night. The hours/staff say 11PM is closing time and I’ve visited the location at any time from 8-10:30PM and found the establishment closed randomly. The staff has also blatantly lied on the phone saying they were not just locked up after being asked on the phone just after it happened.
