Worst customer service ever!! I had ordered 2 tunas FOOTLONG online and they were so dry just like they had opened a can of tuna and put it on the bread and the whole sandwich had no taste or flavor at all. Never going there again! Be aware and go somewhere else!!!

I did a online order it was not done in ti when I got there there was 2 teens working no adult at all he was still making my order he stopped making mine put it to the side and started making someone order that was a in store customer but online orders come first when he was done he started back on mine then he made the rest of mine when he gave me my order my sub that he had put to the side was so hard I couldn’t bite it from where it was toasted and then put to the side for about 10 minutes and then kept making it so I could not even eat it, and I had to get them to remake it, and they got upset about that. Then my order was not ready on time and then they started playing inappropriate music to trying to get us to leave no one was in a uniform just very unprofessional online orders have priorityAnd they didn’t do that

This used to be the best Subway shop in Wake county! The owners ran it & worked it day in & day out. They took pride in their store. Now I guess they're too tired to care what quality they're putting out.I just picked up a footlong BLT with 4 (count em four) skimpy little pieces of bacon on it. I even said something to the girl when she put them on - 4? The owner used to give me at least 6 rashers of bacon! It's a B-L-T for crying out loud! She ignored my protests & continued with a ton of lettuce & 4 slices of tomato. This is a FOOTLONG. Very disappointed. There was little to no flavor other than cheap iceberg lettuce & Italian bread. Coupon or no coupon, I will think long & hard before visiting this Subway again. And to think I put them on a very high pedestal a few years ago. Shame.

I ordered the daily special and they charged me $2 too much. When I pointed it out to the manager he was not apologetic and mentioned it was because I did NOT get a drink. I gently mentioned that you may want to mention to the customer that it would be $2 less if I got a drink. But he was not interested. I won’t be back.

ordered on the online app with a bunch of toppings and none of it was in my sub when I got my order. Don't know if it's a glitch in the app or if someone didn't read the order. Not going to order online anymore.

Terrible service from owner manager and he over charged me for my food and when I pointed it out he was completely unapologetic. Skip this location.

The absolute ONLY subway that's listened to the measurements I've given to them through the app! They didn't drown my sub in sauce, and gave me extra of specific vegetables. Thank you! and Curbside was Fast!
