I just went in to order but wanted to wash my hands before doing a transaction. The man at the counter refused to give me access to the restroom stated it was for customers only and proceeded to tell me to use hand sanitizer. I stated sanitizer is not soap and water and he stated restroom is for paying customers. I told him that is what I would be after washing my hands so I can eat.I also let him know I own a restaurant and would never tell my customers they could not wash their hands before dining in my establishment! He has lost a paying customer and at this rate should loose more!!! It is about customer service and cleanliness!!!!

It's the worst subway so far; every time I go in to eat, the bathroom is locked, and I refuse my child in the toilet. The people working really didn't care either. It is so inconvenient. I was a regular for this location due to my job being a couple blocks down. I don’t have anything to complain about but there seems to be tension in the atmosphere.Nevertheless, I recommend this store.I get the meatball marinara with added Tuna. Apparently I have to walk in to add it on since they don’t add it online.

I went there on January 25 I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was closed I asked to open it for me and they said I have to bye something first. I’m from the Dominican Republic and I think they are racist.I think people should wash their hands before to eat.

I'm not one to usually complain but, this calls for a review. The food is always decent but the service from one particular lady is horrible. She rolled her eyes, argued, and got angry when i corrected her about 2x Cheese. She did not like when she realized she was wrong. It's very simple to make the sandwich the way the customer request. The rest of the staff have been great. I frequent this Subway often due to it being close to the office. I wish i knew when she worked because i would avoid it while she was there. Other than her this location is great.
Extremely disappointed in this Subway. Ordered through the app after seeing that there was a BOGO and on top of that I had a gift card so I figured I'd take advantage. Ordered it and simultaneously, my bank notified me that my $6.78was taken yet on the Subway app it said there was an issue with my order and it couldn't be processed..Disappointed but not the end of the world, repeat the process and the same thing happens, only this time after saying there was an issue with my order it showed me that the order was indeed received, cool...Order winds up saying "Delivered l" yet I never received my food. I called the store, no one picks up. I get in my car and drive through my complex to see if maybe it was dropped off at the wrong location, no luck. I called the store again and they did pick eventually pick up, told the employee what happed and he said he would give me the food if I was able to come there and pick it up.. fair enough..I get there and now he tells me that he can't honor what he said because his boss RASHID SALAHAT said there's nothing they can do..I wind up talking to SALAHAT and he tells me that this is a Doordash issue since they picked the food up. He told me I'd have to call DD (I did) to get the issue resolved because once it's been picked up it's out of their control. All of this while I'm still in the store. I said okay and paid for the food AGAIN $21 because they weren't willing to honor the BOGO because it's only an in app promotion. I take my food and call DD like SALAHAT said and what they told me was " Hi justin, We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I'm very sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot access your order because it was placed directly through Subway . Please contact their support team at Subway so that they may further investigate your concern." I used YOUR app to order the food so Doordash is limited with what they can do. I take this email back inside Subway and show it to the employees there, they call SALAHAT back and he sounded frustrated and still insisted that there was nothing they could do and hung up. Not only was my money wasted/taken but more importantly my TIME was wasted. I was told the issue would be resolved when I got there, it wasn't.. I was told Doordash was responsible, they weren't.. Poor actions were taken and extremely poor customer service. Please make this right.

A lot of people seem to give subway a lot of negativity. I don't get it. Ingredients seem fine - it's a chain sandwich shop. The location is beautiful, very clean. And the staff is surprisingly cordial, albeit quiet. I've seen them tolerate some real mean customers.Vegetarian options: You can choose your own toppings, so just don't add meat, or ask for tofu
