This location is near me and I will never return to this location. I have had bad service experiences here since August of 2023. I would rather go to the Subway in Knightdale, NC than deal with this location.

Not one to write reviews a lot tbh, but this is the third time we’ve gotten home with missing items from this location. Should I have checked before we left considering it’s happened 3 times prior? Probs lol...but I usually just don’t care and put cheese on at home. I feel as though 3 times is too many times before it’s on purpose at this point? Lol Got home and neither of our subs had cheese on them despite both of us ordering provolone / pepper Jack. (Photo evidence included) Not sure how someone forgets cheese working at subway, but I’m not driving back up there over cheese…idk what psychopath wants a toasted bun with no cheese, but three separate times of it happening is wild to me, are they milking the cow in the back and making the cheese themselves? Is there a cheese shortage I’m not aware of? I guess I’ll never find out lol

This location won't take coupons, well at least not as the coupons are printed, they have their own limitations as to what you can order with them.To me their sandwiches are not worth paying full price, there are other sub options that are so much better .

I placed an online order for 3 footlong premium subs. I came to the drive thru and they were not ready. They asked me to confirm the receipt to verify my order and my sandwiches were still not made right. I got home (which was a 30 min drive) and when my family got ready to eat my husband was missing meat and mayo and my mom and I were missing mayo. (Mayo is the glue that makes the sandwich right.) I called to speak to the Mgr. In which I spoke to Sonya. Who told me the Mgr. would be in the next day. Sonya Never answered the phone since. Please make this right Subway. We had stopped coming before the new lineup was introduced, now I am thinking we should have stayed away!Kay

Great location. Right off the highway. Easy parking. I've visited twice so far and it was clean both times. Staff members were very kind. Service was quick.

My daughter recently started school at NC State. We tend to gravitate towards subway because they are the healthier fast food option. We have visited many subway restaurants. This location is by far the best! This place is always clean. The staff is very professional. We have eaten there, many, many times, and there was never a mistake with our orders. Kudos to the management at this location! Not all Subways are the same.
