This is our go-to sushi place whether it's to go sit on their patio during a nice evening or doing take out. New ownership over the past year is definitely seen -- they've upgraded the inside with a beautiful bar area and the tables/chairs outside are much more comfortable/enjoyable. Always get great service as well. If you're two people with a "good" appetite, try their Sushi for Two and if you could eat "a lot", then go for the Love Boat (for 2) -- amazingly fresh fish!

Went to sushi one for my birthday, got stuffed jalapeño for the appetizer and hibachi as the entree. food was phenomenal and my service Lisa went above and beyond to satisfy my ever need. will definitely be coming back.

Lunch was delicious today. We got the rainbow and bambam roll and they were prepared excellently. The service was wonderful and the new decor in and around the dining room is really pretty. The house hot sake hit the spot on a chilly day! Kanpai!
An exquisite culinary experience! The sashimi was incredibly fresh and the sushi is the BEST in Raleigh. Very good/friendly service and will definitely be coming back!

Delicious fresh sushi in a beautiful restaurant with attentive and sweet staff. Ive been here before many times and this restaurant does not disappoint. The sushi was so fresh, just the right size pieces. The ratio to fish to rice was correct and it was just delicious. The side salad is plentiful with delicious dressing and a great mix of greens. I will certainly return.
