Love me some taco bell. Stayed in Raleigh near the airport and had the hardest time finding anything so we ended up at taco bell and eating it in the parking lot.Not anything classy at all but TB is always a good choice for value and taste, especially with the new cantina chicken menu

Lobby closed for renovation! Went after a concert, totally get that they were busy, but it took 45 min to get thru the line. When we finally got it, it was incorrect, and tasted a little toxic, like diesel. ⛽️ ?

Would leave zero stars if I could waited in line since 1:43, until 2:00 just to get to the speaker and them tell me they’re closed. The line didn’t move until 2 just to tell us they were closed. Don’t ignore your line just because you close in 15 minutes. Terrible service, just go to the one on walnuts st. 3/29

they were very quick through the drive-through. there must have been like 8 cars in front of me when i pulled up. but i ordered and pulled around to the window it was my turn to get my food. and it was all correct and they were so nice.

To start, Taco Bell had good food, hardly ever disappoints.At this location, on this particular day, February 25, 2024, the drive-thru is closed for remodeling. Because of this, a lot of people are inside ordering.When we ordered, it took between 45 minutes and an hour to get our food. I didn't know that was going on but it was a ridiculously long wait. I seriously considered leaving, and probably would have if I hadn't already payed.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is so bad I have too. I hope this place invests in some new management, I waited 45 minutes for a order I placed online after 20 minutes of waiting in my car I went inside to see what was taking so long to find the night shift manager screaming and making threats at customers telling customers with online orders to just request a refund cause they were not gonna make the food(this while also saying none of them had ever seen the app and couldn’t be useful to anyone trying to cancel). This all culminated with the night shift manager throwing a temper tantrum and closing the store early, really appalling customer service, save yourself the time effort and money and go somewhere else on western if you are hungry.
