Lady at window didn’t acknowledge us , kept texting and putting her phone in her back pocket . She handed me the bag and didn’t say a word, I asked if that was everything and she shut the window and gave me a side looks. I was calling her to get my drink and I was waving and a boh member passed by and just waved back. I wasn’t waving I wanted sauce and my drink. Never got acknowledged so I took off.

Didn't want the cantina chicken meal and they gave it to us anyway after being told we didn't want it. Paid twice as much for no reason because they said they would fix it. We hope the employees are more responsive in the future. Did not want to pay so dang much to try a new food item.

0/10. This Taco Bell is trash!!!!!! Came yesterday with the kids, ordered a party pack with no cheese my kids are lactose intolerant, they all had cheese, taco shells broke, half wrapped. Waste of 25$ never coming back , poor service poor food, would not recommend . Seems like poor management if you ask me. Also, if rap music wasn’t blasting maybe employees could focus more on what they’re doing ;)

Taco Bell claims to be a good option for vegetarians. However my experience this afternoon was unacceptable. I took one bite of my black bean crunchwrap supreme and realized that it was made with beef. Thank god I didn’t swallow it.

I pulled up to the window and waited quite awhile while the individual that was working the window, danced around, talked to the other employees, walked away for awhile, and when they came back into view he still did not assist me.Finally, when he opened the window he didn’t say a word to me the entire transaction. Rude. I get it that it’s a food service position that likely gets paid minimum wage but I still expect to be welcomed as a customer and to not be ignored. I tried to be friendly but, I left feeling disappointed that I wasn’t welcomed and that I was ignored. I wish employees held themselves to a higher standard. We are lucky to have employment.Also my quesadilla was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted and it was very poorly made.

I've eaten at this Taco Bell twice a few weeks apart, and both times ended up with the runs. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen here, but I no longer patronize this Taco Bell, and recommend you avoid it as well.

The cashier who took our order at the drive-through, Jassman S., was just wonderful. She was patient (we pulled up to the window and asked for additional items), cheerful, kind and a model of what customer service should be. You never know what kind of day a customer may be having, and the kind of smile and exceptional service that Jassman gave us could turn anyone’s negative day into a positive one.
