I loved the black garlic; it was great with the roasted vegetables and spaghetti squash main. We made a reservation online an hour before, and there was no wait with plenty of seating available; the staff was able to answer a quick question or two about the menu and the food arrived at the table in short order. Plating, pacing, and service hit the mark and after a long day out it was just the thing.

Great brunch spot in Raleigh which isn't too far away from downtown area. Service is fast and restaurant is nice. The prices are affordable, the French toast is delicious, the tacos were ok but I might suggest something different as they're a bit on the smaller side. The mimosas were perfect!Parking: Parking lot in the area

This place is awful. The service is just the worst. I went there with my husband, 4 month old daughter, and my mother in law to celebrate one year of learning our baby was coming into our lives and left soon after we got there. The reason? They treat dogs better than people. I reserved a table in advance and they put us at a very small table that could barely serve 2 people, imagine 3 with a baby!!!! Also, my husband is on chemo being treated for brain cancer, and when my mother in law told them that and asked them to sit us at a larger table that was available, so we could be a bit further from people, the waiter said very rudely “that’s for who reserved a table”, and walked away even though my in law told him we did reserve a table. We ended up leaving soon after that and found a much better place for our celebration. Anyway, don’t go to that horrible place if you wanna be treated worse than dogs!

We reserved our table for 5pm Friday on Monday. We brought our baby daughter, they gave us a tiny table in the back. With a large open booth based table across from us. Our table could not properly or securely fit our baby daughter’s car seat. We asked if we could be relocated to the larger table for the booth to safely hold our daughter’s car seat. We were told that table is reserved. We said we have a reservation too. The greeter just walked off and led another couple to their table. We returned to our tiny table collected our things and left. Can’t review the food, we couldn’t even get a proper table.Kid-friendliness: This place is not kid friendly. But it was dog friendly….

We've been going here for years and it's a winner every time. Always a lively, busy atmosphere and the service is consistently great. The menu offers a variety of options, and I recommend the fresh guacamole as a starter. The beer/wine menu feels limited to me, so I usually go for a yummy signature cocktail. There is limited seating on the patio so make a reservation if you want to dine outside and enjoy warmer weather. Overall, Tazza Kitchen Village District is two-thumbs up!

LOVED the Brussels Sprouts! They were out of this world. Short rib tacos were amazing, though you need to order sauce because they were dry without. Everything was great!
