Ordered delivery for the sole purpose of trying the new orange frosty, but added a bunch of other items as well. Instead, received the regular chocolate one. No notification, no cancellation, and not even a comp for the obviously wrong order which we did not want without the new item. If something is not available then it should not even be an option during ordering.

They gave me the wrong items and forgot my strawberry lemonade. I ordered a chicken sandwich for my son and got home before we realized it was a burger. People need to take more time with the drive through orders and I should have checked the bag before I left.

Location needs to work on customer service and preparation of food. Cold fries and sandwiches are not what customers want to pay for. Then it's so busy on lunch break don't have time to express concerns.

Not a place I'd recommend during late hours. The staff are working register are not professional like. I was given the wrong order and wrong change. I also had to ask for my receipt as if it was a inconvenience. I checked my food, returned it and asked for a refund before pulling off. Morning shift is a lot better but I still won't go especially since a new employee waited on me the last time. The experiences are unnecessary.

So disappointed in how bad this place has gone down hill... the food is just bad quality, over priced and I got a soda that tasted like nasty cough medicine..not to mention the lady that took my order rushed me and was not friendly. I will not be going back!!
