I've eaten at several other Which Wich locations and enjoyed my experience, but this spot is completely sub-par. My soda was flat, I received the wrong chips, the sandwich was barely wrapped and fell apart, there was wayyyy too much Dijon, and there was only one mealy tomato on my large sandwich. With so many great sandwich places in this area, I would avoid this specific Which Wich for good.

Didn't even get a chance to order, person taking orders was very rude. I just left, I went somewhere else. my friends recommended me this place. Never coming back. I just came for food, what a weird experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to possibly warn somebody in the future. Im pretty sure I got food poisoning from here yesterday. This was the only meal I had eaten all day and as soon as I got home I was throwing up for hours and felt physically horrible. I used to come here often years ago but recently moving back home I kind of forgot about them. However I was excited to see they were still in North Hills. Since I don’t work that far away I chose to go there after work. I get there not realizing their hours changed due to lack of employment. Which I understand but rather there be a notice in the window, changing the hours online would have been helpful. Yesterday I finally chose to go back again. I called beforehand to make sure they were open. I came on my lunch break. The two men that were working were very welcoming and nice. So no issue with the service. I got a Philly cheesesteak and fries. My order was finished pretty quickly which I found to be surprising but I just decided to take it to go since I wanted to have time to eat on my break. I took a couple bites and realized the steak kind of looked weird and either wasn’t fully cooked or old. The taste was not appealing. I felt bad but I honestly had to throw it away. I spent $14 which I wish I didn’t since I barely ate it and it made me sick. But I’d definitely just double check if something is old or needs more time to cook. I’d rather wait for good food versus quick service and getting sick fairly after. And from reading I’m not the only one who has gotten sick from this location.

Edit: I got sick after eating here.We came here after a series of bad experiences at the knightdale location. During our visit here, everything was broken. Fry machine, ice machine, AC (or it sure felt like that). Possibly also the refrigeration system that keeps the vegetables cold. Ran out of BYO bags, so our orders had to be written out by hand.Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the subs were subpar (no pun intended) with wilty lettuce and very messily made. They had to give us ice (which was nowhere near enough), and the drinks coming out of the machine were very warm and melted the ice before we even sat at the table. Also, apparently Which Wich no longer serves cold sandwiches? We were told it was policy, all sandwiches must be toasted. Kind of weird. It wasn’t the fault of the staff, but it was disappointing, not sure if we’ll be back.

We got wraps. Both spinach wraps were stale. One wrap had a singular tomato.

my and my friend went here for a bite while out shopping and the sandwiches were the most exquisite sandwiches we had ever had.Vegetarian options: you can build your own sandwich and they have premade veggie options.Kid-friendliness: the employees were very helpful and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: no stairs in the shop.Dietary restrictions: you can build you own sandwiches.

Staff was cool and hardworking. Food was bad and pretty expensive. Soggy, gray "cheese steak." Fries machine was broken, and the space seemed a little run down. The gluten free option was pretty bad considering the available products in 2022.Dietary restrictions: There is one gluten free bread option. It is small and lackluster.

Went here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised about food and service. Wicked Wednesday special is affordable and sandwich good. Tanner was especially helpful, friendly and polite. I will definitely be back!

Would have given 0 if I had the option. This place is horrible. Completely overpriced for a bad quality of food and workers who don't belong in these sorts of positions. I ordered a sub on DoorDash and paid an extra $4 for French fries on the side. I walked in, they handed me my order and I went to my car to check the food like I usually do and noticed my fries were gone. I didn't think anything of it since anybody could've easily forgot to add them or something. When I went in and told the girl in front my fries were missing she told me that they ran out and couldn't do anything about it except give me a few bags of chips. Seriously? Some chips when I paid $4 for a side of fries. She could've at least told me before I walked out of the door. Ridiculous and I will NOT be eating here again.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken sub. Meat was hot but cheese was cold so overall gross. Fryer down so no fries

Love their sandwiches, the place looks better with some moving things around and the service and timing was on point. Definitely coming back again

An ok place to grab a sandwich if no other sandwich places are around. Nothing worth running home to talk about. The customer service was good..

3 Stars because the service was very friendly.I ordered a chzbgr wich ... kind of like a cheesesteak with thousand island dressing, pickles, tomatoes, etc. This was hands-down one of the worst cheesesteaks I have ever had, the meat was boiled or something, I don't know. It was not my favorite dinner experience. That being said, some of the subs sound great and look good in the photos. I'll be back, but I would advise to stay away from the cheesesteak until they improve quality.
