This was my second attempt at giving Zaxbys a try and I think I'm done. I drove a pretty good distance to this location, as the Zaxbys near me is horrible.I ordered curbside pickup and let them know I was there. I parked, waited, watched the staff inside, and no one came out with my order. Eventually, I went to the drive thru because I wasn't just going to wait for nothing like an idiot.When I told the drive thru worker my name, of course my order was ready. When I got home, there was no sauce in any of the meals I ordered. I was astounded. How do yall forget sauce when it's a big part of eating the tenders? I had to eat them dry and it was not pleasant. Also, the "toast" was not toasted. It was just floppy bread. Like I said, I'm done giving Zaxbys a chance. Just gross fast food and terrible service.

We order online and pick up through the drive-through. We like the food, but the order is rarely correct. Cookies we order are frequently left out altogether. I often still get fries instead of the cole slaw I substituted. I have to check my tea every time to make sure it's unsweetened and not sweetened. Today they forgot the tea altogether. Along with two 3-packs of cookies. Sometimes we've used our rewards points to get free cookies, only to have our rewards points deducted and find the cookies absent. We literally have to check our order and hold up the people behind us every time now before we leave.We order through the app, which sends the order exactly as we want it. It's not like these mistakes are communication errors from ordering in person.Other restaurants have quality checks in which employees verify that what's on the receipt is what's in the order they're handing to the customer. This location seriously needs to institute something similar.Dietary restrictions: We have dietary restrictions that we take into account when ordering. When the orders aren't correct, we're unable to eat/drink some items.

Got three meals, me my wife and myself….all poor quality… When I went to order my food, there was a hair on the counter.I don’t know if it’s Zaxby’s as a whole or if it’s just the Zaxby’s but somethings going on with them! Horrible don’t waste ur money.

They did not believe me so I took the food back and got a full refund. I would not have accepted but not one person asked if they could make it right. When the lunch text goes out in our office and Zaxby's is the choice I will not be placing an order.

When i walked in 3 employees shout. CASH ONLY their cc reader was down.The food came out fairly fast but over cooked.A very nice employee asked to clear my table when i was done.

The food was average. The funnel cakevwas as big as my palm and was $5. If id kniwn the size i wouldnt have ordered it. The chicken was the same as wverywhere else. Nothing spectacular. Cost $32 for two people.
