Surprised to see pizza delivery lady at my house because hadn't ordered pizza, as I explained to her. She stood there in the POURING RAIN with a smile and thanked me for my honesty! Few minutes later my Mother that lives 3 1/2hrs away calls and asked if I received a surprise from my Stepfather...a surprise pizza. I said OH NOOO! and I explained what had just happened. Long story short the SAME delivery lady came back a SECOND TIME...IN THE POURING RAIN, steps out of car into a HUGE MUDPUDDLE...STILL SMILING!! I apologized for the confusion and the rain and the 2trips and the muddpuddle and she gave me a hug and said God bless me! What an OUTSTANDING YOUNG LADY! In spite of ALL that confusion and working while literally soaking wet, kept her composure, stayed professional and positive and was consoling me and being nice and never stopped smiling! I'm blown away ...that just isn't something you encounter now a days. What a WONDERFUL PERSON, EMPLOYEE, AND INSPIRATION TO OTHERS!! That young lady's name is Dakota Moore. Thank you Miss Dakota for your hard work and awesome attitude while working through all that confusion IN THE POURING RAIN! (And the pizza was STILL HOT and the drink was still cold, after all that ?) GOD BLESS YOU, young lady! Be safe out there! And know that you're appreciated♡

Well you can order your pizza well done but that’s not a guarantee you will get it that way (facts). Even though it’s an option on online ordering. And here the curbside pick up doesn’t work either, so wear pants.

Online order claimed it would take 25-to 35 minutes, took almost an hour. It showed up after I called to check on my order. One of the pizzas was wrong. When I called to correct the issue the young man was short with me then hung up on me while I was speaking. I took the wrong pizza to the store and explained I was trying to tell him I was happy to come get the correct pizza but he hung up on me. Again, he was rude and never apologized to me. Horrible customer service! Oh, on a side note Please teach your staff to take their aprons off before leaving the store. The lady that delivered our food was wearing a dirty apron.

I love this Domino's! This location is my choice pick. My pizzas are always great and my order is always done on time. The staff is also wonderful, they have all been very friendly and helpful to me me each visit.

They aren't always bad but today they lost my business for a while. We placed an order online to be paid for at pick up which was just short of $30. My wife gets there and tries to pay with a $50 and they refuse to take it and are rude and disrespectful in the way they tell her. Regardless my wife tells them she will be right back, she goes and gets change. She comes back and they gave our food away, and once again are rude and disrespectful. I could care less about the pizza, but the fact that they treat and talk to customers like this is unacceptable .

Literally the slowest, worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever experienced in my life— from the West Coast to the East Coast! We’ve had them cancel orders on us without notice, forget items without compensation, and now… we regularly wait over an hour for our orders, no matter the size! Ive never seen such a poorly run Domino’s franchise anywhere, ever! Today, they updated the tracker for my order to “quality check” at 5:26 PM. For those unfamiliar with their tracking system, that is the final step before it is handed off to the delivery driver and it is sent on its way to its forever home. So, technically, that means it came out of the oven at 5:26. It’s now 6:34 PM (ON A MONDAY), and the tracker is still stuck at “quality check.” Hmmmm, sounds legit. Not. Awful. Terrible. Nope. Uh uh.

Had quit going there because food and service was awful. Went today because of 1/2 price sale. Took Pizza home and what was supposed to be a BBQ chicken pizza only had 1/2 chicken and other 1/2 was burnt. Took it back, and manager kid just laughed and claimed no fault. I got my money back and will NEVER EVER go back here. Seriously recommend everyone to go to other places that have great food and better management

Would leave less then 1 star but not an option. Ordered at 815 called for status at 920 and was told food hasn't even been made yet because they have to wait till a driver is in the building before they can make it. Estimated another 1 hr. Cancel that order yall might as well shut the doors. Ridiculous to not even get a call stating these issues.

Delivery times are ridiculous. I ordered ONE pizza, and an hour an 15 minutes later, no pizza. I live 10 minutes from the store. I cancelled my order and I won't be ordering again unless it's carry out. I'll be going to Papa Johns when I want a pizza delivered now. They know how to get a pizza to you quickly.

We waited over an hour to get our food. We were ok with that because we know everyone is short staffed right now. When we got our order it was ice cold and part of our order was not there. We called and asked them what happened and they offered to remake our order. After another almost hour we called and we're informed our order was on the way but only the half they forgot in the first place. They told us if we wanted the rest they would send out another car. At this point it was over 2 hours since we ordered so I said no we wanted a refund. They tried to refuse but I insisted on a refund. I will see tomorrow if they actually refund our money but at this point I'm upset it took all this effort and we were still disappointed in the order.

I ordered pizza and pasta at ~5pm and the app said it would take 70-80 minutes for my order. I just received my order at 7:40 and the pizza is cold and the pastas were luke warm at best. They used too be a pretty good pizza place but that’s no longer how it is.
