How to wait at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes and then was handed a nicely cold bag with the food got home and had to microwave everything. Not sure why they couldn't hand it to me while I was hot.

I go out of my way 15 minutes to get breakfast a couple times a week at this Hardee'sToday I tried to explain how I wanted my order, and that it was wrong the last couple times.The girl started yelling through the speaker"I didn't get your order wrong. no I didn't !"I said its ok, and placed my order.When I got to the window the girl started leaned through the window saying she didn't get any order worng.I explained the person cooking it made it wrong, she said"it's not me, you said it was me!"I explained as calmly as I could,"you work at Hardee's YOU are Hardee's , it's ok, it's just a breakfast sandwich."she wasn't done" well you have a god blessed day!" and slammed the window."Just wow!Zero customer service.They now have 1 less customer.

The place has been updated since I last visited this Hardee's five years ago. Everything is better than it was than.
charged me the wrong order and gave me the wrong food that didn't even match the receipt. Didn't even give me the whole order and was missing food and drinks. Both of my burgers are burnt and inedible. Food is no longer good at this restaurant. I used to like this place but will no longer be ordering from here.

Left food out of order informed them the next morning about left out food treated me like I was lying then still left food out of the order from same day. Sorry employee's and sorry management. Hardee's likes stealing money for peoples orders leaving food out every order and not replacing even after doing same thing day after day. Don't expect to get all your food.
