Just went through to get two coffees a guy at the window told us to pull up for our hot coffee and had us waiting for awhile and when we asked another employee how much longer she told us nobody knew what we were even waiting on and that they didn’t have hot coffee then proceeded to bring us our coffee that is cold and has been sitting waiting for someone to bring it to us this whole time morning shift here is horrible always have a problem

Went through drive thru tonight. Asked lady at the window if everything was in the bag. Of course she was like oh yeah. Get home after spending $27.67 to imaginary chicken nuggets but hey they did give us the bbq sauce. Been trying to call for over an hour and the phone hangs up on you. This McDonalds in Randleman is absolutely ridiculous. Like how hard is it to read a screen and put the customers food in a bag. Anyways my son didn’t get his nuggets and ended up with a frozen pizza instead.

When you think McDonald's can't get any worse, it manages to get more disappointing. More than 5 years ago I stopped going to McDonald's for anything other than breakfast food. With today's experience I seriously doubt I go back at all. The bar of expectations was already pretty low with me, it's a quick, cheap, gas station type food that has a decent drive through. The only reason I give service 3 stars is for the drive through staff. As for the food, it was horrible and as if it were yesterday's leftovers. The biscuits were stale and hard, the gravy portion was so small it didn't coat the biscuit. Breakfast burritos are about as simple as it gets, not here, they were just rolled up without even tucking the ends, so everything just spills out on first bite. Come on McDonald's, you can do better, go back to where you were in the distant past. Until then I will just stop by a gas station to get better food.

I placed a mobile order for two hamburger happy meals and a chocolate milkshake. When I got my food I pulled up to check it and I was missing my two extra fries and one of my sandwiches was missing ketchup, mustard and onions. I pulled around and got back in line and told them what was messed up and of course they told me to pull up and wait and that they would bring it out to me, so I pulled up and waited. I see the lady come out with my food and I check it again and I said to the lady wait a minute, I am still missing a fry and my sandwich was added mustard and ketchup but still no onions. So she told me okay so I waited about 15 minutes and nobody came out, so I tried to call and their phone is out of service so I had to circle back around for a third time and told the person at the window, hey look I have been pulled up here waiting for 15 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order right and told her I was still missing a fry so she immediately went and got my fry for my happy meal. I still didn’t get my onions on my sandwich which I got tired of waiting and wasting my day sitting at McDonald’s for them to only keep getting my food wrong. I would have given 0 stars if I could. McDonald’s in Randleman needs to get their priorities straight and hire people that actually care about what they’re doing and know what service is.

Mcdonalds in randleman thinks customers are stupid, raised your prices, cut the nuggets in half, and burgers half the size of previous burgers. The worst is the really sneaky way they're cheating you out of ?. We're already over charged now they're pushing the bottom of frie container inward, took pictures to make customers aware!!
