Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, chicken tenders, seasoned fries and a drink $22.54. Food was TERRIBLE. Fish overcooked and dry, chicken tenders also overcooked and dry. Seasoned fries were too salty. This place isn’t good. Go somewhere else for a meal. Service mediocre. Every time I visit, the food gets worse. Don’t waste your time or money here. Yuck!

I won't visit this location again.I ordered a 12 piece Family Meal,through the Drive-Thru, and, I was asked to pull forward to the access door, and my food would be out in "Just a sec".I sat there, and watched 15 cars come, order, and leave, over the next 35 minutes!I finally decided to go inside and check on my $50+ Food Order, and, upon arrival at the counter, I was told that it was being "rolled" and it would be another 20+ minutes before it would be done cooking!They COMPLETELY FORGOT about order, and lied about the delay!When I told them I wanted my money put back into my account, I was told that I had a bad attitude. LolI've spoken with their Corporate Office and restitution is being made.... from a different location, of course.Avoid this location. ?✅????

Was there to order to go tonight. Got there around 7:15 and ordered a 2 piece meal, 2 sandwiches and a large fry. The girl who took my order said they don't have sandwiches but she would put in an order for Cajun filet biscuits but put it on a bun. Strange but okay. Was told it would be 10 minutes for green beans. Still okay. After about 15 minutes a man walked in and said he had been outside waiting for 30 minutes for his food and wondered how much longer. That escalated into a screaming match between him and 2 employees with the "F" word and several other inappropriate things being said. Finally gave him a refund and told him to never F-ing come back. Fast forward another 20minutes and I get my food. Come home and have 2 Cajun biscuits and fries left over from lunch(or at least that is how they tasted). the 2 piece meal was actually correct and pretty good. I have to say that was the strangest trip to Bojangles I have ever had. After 20 minutes I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else but there was no employee at the front counter any more.

This is the location we use the most. Normally things go well for us when we visit this restaurant. Our last visit however, was a whole new story. My husband arrived there at 7:00 pm. He wanted to order two Supremes meals and a two piece meal. There were multiple other customers waiting for their orders when he arrived. He requested from the cashier the meals above and was told, "we are out of Supremes and you'll have to wait for us to cook the chicken". She also suggested he order sandwiches instead of the Supremes. He took her advice, paid for his food and waited. And waited. One gentleman finally said he wanted his money back. They hurriedly prepared his food so they wouldn't have to issue a refund and got him out the door. My husband waited some more. The other customers were asking, "Isn't this a chicken restaurant?" No chicken though. Nothing prepared. After 30 minutes, not an exaggeration, it was 30 minutes before my husband received our orders.Edit: Today is Monday February 26, 2024, just three weeks since my original review. We returned to order Supremes tonight. Guess the outcome. You're right! No supremes. . . . Again.
The day we stopped at this location, it was not busy at all. walked right in and ordered my food. I got the grilled chicken combo with fries. The sandwich was perfectly cooked and the fries evenly match the food quality of the sandwich. On this particular day my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and wasn't feeling great. I ask the female employee some questions on soft food and of course she suggested the mash potatoes and mac and cheese. She was very professional and kind. I rate this store 5 stars, this location was very clean, well staffed and even though the store wasn't busy, everyone was doing something when I entered. That says good things about management and their training. Well Done Bojangles of Reidsville.We love Reidsville, I would like to make you aware of a business who gets it wrong. I would encourage anyone who is in the market for a used car, K and N Cars would be the last place I would spend my money. To get further information, please see my review on K and N Cars website. The greed and unethical practices of this business was the worst. I bought a vehicle that only went 90 days and the engine blew. READ THE REVIEW!
