Husband ordered dinner for takeout. Jalapenos was put on his food. He took it back inside. He was told they would remake it. It wasn't remade. All the person did was scrape off the jalapeno peppers. When we arrived home, his food was cold . Do better please. He wasn't happy.

We arrived around 1:15 on Sunday afternoon. After ordering waitress came and told us kitchen was backed up. It was no where near full. Cannot blame waitress....food service was horrendous. We didn't finish until about 2:20. Burger was over cooked and one side was burnt and onion rings were cold. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon or...ever.

Been here several times. It’s nothing special but I can say my partner and I always feel welcomed here and the wait staff is kind. Unfortunately, businesses seem to have a hard time surviving here. Lived here for 15 years and this place has turned over multiple times since. People want restaurants in Reidsville but they don’t want to support them, SMH. We’ve never had a bad experience here. Just go with realistic expectations.

This place needs help from a new Culinary Director, new Manager, new Owner even? No lights at the table so use a flashlight. Food is average but prices are higher than average. Employees are way too laid back but for the area this may be good. Would be nice if they opened up as something different as this is not cutting it.
I really liked this place! Our waiter was attentive but gave us plenty of space as well.The menu is pretty broad, I had the Ruben sandwich... it was very good. Reasonable prices and easy to find!

I give this place a try every few months and unfortunately I am reminded why I don’t normally come here. The servers are always nice but I usually sit for 20 minutes before getting a drink, another 20 minutes before ordering food, and another hour before receiving food. This last time, we waited so long that we ended up just leaving after 30 minutes of no service during a slow lunch hour. The food is not bad, it just takes a long time to get it. They also ran out of menus.

This was our first visit to Coach’s. We went around 1:30 so the dining room was not crowded. We waited an overly long time after being seated for someone to help us. The host actually came and took our drink order. After a fairly long time for our food we were not impressed with the quality of the food. Both sandwiches were covered with mustard. The only thing we could taste was the mustard. We had one sweet tea and one unsweetened tea. The waitress refilled both glasses with unsweetened tea even though she had asked if we both had the same. There was again an overly long waiting to get a box and our check. We feel the prices charged very high based on the amount of food. We won’t be returning.
