My son picked us dinner on Wednesday the 8th. I loved the taste of your hotdogs. But I had to pick burnt chill off it. You could taste the burnt taste. Twice we've been there and I was unhappy with my food. Other time the week before I got chicken plate . The chicken was cooked to hard I couldn't eat it but my dog enjoyed it. Very unhappy customer.

Last night around 9pm we drove up to the farthest lane. We waited as 3 cars (in other lane) gave there order and drove away. Our speaker clicked a couple times but we didn't hear anything. After a 4th person pulls up in the other lane we left and went to the other lane. We assumed the speaker wasn't working. We were wrong, right after the next 2 cars were helped. As we pull up to the window I see a Hispanic girl have her hair loose handling food and drinks. I did look this up and NC law is that hair has to be restrained. We've had other issues with them not giving us our order. The uncleanness is a huge no for us!

The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are always friendly and patient. I always get my food in a timely manner ,and my order is always correct. ? Honestly, great food ,great service ,and great prices!

Only reason I come back is the food. The service is awful, the employees are rude and rush you, and they mess your food up or leave stuff out of your order more than they get it right. It’s only gotten worse and worse since they opened. Save yourself a headache and just make the drive to eden.

First time at a cook out ..had 2 quesadilas ..chicken and beef..they were good for the cost..having never been here the chicken is a tad spicy for my tastes but beef was very good..very nice employees at the walk up window..I must review the menu options more closely ..as it is very different then any other ..once I get the menu and the options under stood I definitely will return ..as late night options are non existence here in Reidsville.???

You need to watch the kind of people you hire and when they get so many complaints you need to fire them , the only cookout that is good around here is the newest one on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro, evidently they have better management. Don't pay these people for not doing their jobs

CANT EVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT!!!I ALWAYS come thru and order a BARBECUE tray light hot sauce, EXTRA slaw or tell them with extra slaw on the side, with cheese bites, Bacon wrap & huge tea with light ice; No matter what time i come day or night ITS ALWAYS WRONG; I either get extra sauce & LESS slaw or Light sauce & light to NO SLAW. I came tonight & it happened AGAIN this is the 4th time & tonight i asked for light hot sauce & extra slaw ON THE SIDE, the sauce was correct but i had ALMOST NO SLAW & no side order of slaw. This is getting to be RIDICULOUS!!! What will it take for me to get my order CORRECT so i can finally be a happy customer? I don’t like to make a fuss or anything but this is out of hand now. Too many times it’s beyond a mistake when it’s happening more than once or twice!

Food is prepared well. It's a little busy at times. It's a tough location to get in and out of the parking lot, depending on the traffic at the time. Service was good. I think most people forget about the two lanes for drive thru!Kid-friendliness: Lots of ice cream shake flavors to please all the kids!
