The best food I have ate in a long time! I had the Southern fries and they were amazing!

It started out good we were seated quickly, then everything went bad. It took forever to get our drinks. Then the cooks must have been on training because they got everyone's order wrong. When the manager came out to see what was wrong he got an attitude with us. He did try to make it right and correct everyone's issues that was the only good thing about the manager. I doubt my family and I will ever be back to Garfields again The food was disgusting.

Me and my family stopped in for dinner tonight. We were seated immediately, had the BEST server and the food was awesome! If you want a new kind of family sports pub atmosphere with awesome food choices and very reasonable le prices, please try this restaurant! Everyone that we encountered was super attentive and provided an excellent dining experience for us. I was was very impressed. Nothing but ???from me!

Our first time here because we live about 40 minutes from the restaurant. Service was superb. Ribs and burgers were exceptional. Burgers were char broiled. Cooked as requested. Ribs were fall off the bone! We are planning our next trip back. We came because friends recommended this place. We will share the same with others.

This place has great drink and food specials. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a juke box. This is the type of place like Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Crystal, Dennis, and Ryan are the best. I would also like to give a special thanks to Sabri! The Buffalo Chicken Dip is superb. Everyone's loyal devotion to customer service reflects great credit upon themselves and in keeping with the highest standards of this establishment.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My server was kind and attentive. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. I can tell the cooks take pride in the meals they prepare. I will definitely return.

Me and a friend went for dinner here during my recent visit to North Carolina. Upon entry, there was no one to greet us or seat us. We flagged down a waitress who was completely stressed out. We chose a booth and waited and waited some more. They seem to be understaffed. We both chose the Ruben sandwich which, honestly, was quite good. We were able to substitute fries for kettle chips. The atmosphere of the place is not great. Its painted black inside w industrial unfinished ceilings. I think they were going for a pub look but wound up with a dive bar vide. In summary, service was poor but food was good. I'd definitely get the sandwich again.

We use to love this place when it first opened. It was our go to! Any time we had family or friends in town we would take them. Now it's so bad your almost guaranteed a free meal because it will be messed up or completely wrong. Just don't have expectations. They do own up to the mistake and the staff is mostly very nice. The margarita was good..oh and NEVER get take out. They will not refund you. My salad was wrong, soggy, missing half the ingredients, no dressing, bad and they did not refund or offer to replace. Nothing. Will not be returning.

I have visited here several times, as well as ordered take out, and every time I have felt that the waiters were prompt and polite. They all had on masks which made me feel safe. The atmosphere on the inside was clean and I loved how I could enjoy watching the games. I enjoyed eating the chicken, the tacos, and my favorite is the Mountain of Ribs with kettle chips. My husband orders the fish and chips every time he goes.
I had the Ruben sandwich with fries and cold draft for lunch. It was tasty. every time I've been there it's always been really good food to decent food , and That's depending on taste preference, but never bad. My opinion is. it a good place to eat

Garfield's used to have amazing food. It no longer does. 1st order medium rare steak was brought to the table screaming hot and tough as leather which had been burnt to the crisp on either end of what should have been a beautiful New York Strip Steak. Their bourbon glazed onions per their advertisement where actually just mushy screaming hot onions cooked into oblivion, losing all their flavor. It was sent back obnoxiously inedible. Manger came out apologized and offered to re-cook the meal. Second steak came out around medium to well done, with same mushy onions. No real flavor and clearly not enough seasoning. Second apology by manger who offered to comp the meal, 10 minutes later after we had been there over an hour waiting for food that was clearly unfit to eat, we received our full price tab, no discount, no comp. My husband and I were so irritated by then we just paid it and left. Bright side to this review, our server Olivia was bright and provided the best service she possibly could with the lack of kitchen support. We will not be backA response states contact them for resolution. My email was blocked when I responded. Was willing to change my review if there was a resolution, but obviously there was not. Truly disappointed. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Waitress was great, very personable and on point. Food was good. Only draw back was the booths are not designed for fluffy people. Need tables with chairs as an option. Booths are not favorable for back injuries, either.
