We were the only people in the line and they asked us to pull over to the door . I ordered a HONEY MUSTARD wrap and no honey mustard was in it. The burger Patties were BURNT. I almost choked while driving down the road. NEVER going back. ?

They make me pull forward every single time I go through the drive thru no matter what I order. Sitting here now not a single person has come through the drive thru behind me. Why did you have me pull forward?

Sat in the drive thru at the window for a while, finally ordered, go up to the window only to be told (quite rudeky) that it would "be awhile", asked them how long and got the same reply. Don't waste your time!
Breakfast was pretty good. Chicken biscuits were just right. Bacon platter was ok, with the eggs being slightly over cooked but still very edible. Wished there was at least 2 biscuits for all the gravy but that's not this locations fault, it's the way the platter comes. Staff was decent, not super friendly but not hateful either. No complaints on their service. And last the food was ready fairly fast. Very fast compared to the Eden location. I'll definitely return for another meal.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Worst service of any establishment I've ever been to in my life. Every time you go the line can be completely empty and they ask you to pull up and wait. DO NOT come here if you're in a hurry. Never fails and always disappoints, i dont know why I even still try, but this is it for me, I get to the window after placing a Mobile order and was told to pull up and wait. After waiting 20 minutes and the line completely clearing I back up to window again only to learn they haven't even started and forgot I was even waiting, after another few minutes I was asked to pull up and wait again!! I did so, and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before a lady brings out my order WITH NO DRINKS, as I proceed to tell her I had 2 drinks she tells me it's not on the "there" which it clearly was, I said right here it is, as she proceeded to WALK OFF FROM ME WHILE I WAS SHOWING HER AND WENT BACK IN. WORST PLACE AND SERVICE IN REIDSVILLE! WILL NEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVERRRR RETURN! Plus this is what I got as described as food. Just unacceptable.

Took a while for the food to be done via drive-thru, they gave me the wrong change, my order for a plain bacon cheeseburger was incorrect THREE times. On top of that, I must’ve waited 30+ minutes waiting for a simple burger and never got what I asked for.
