Owner priced a catering order and when I showed up to place the order they changed the price and availability. Staff wasn't too excited about having the large catering order. Owner made an price and then took it back. I won't be back.

I like this new location. Pros - everyone is super friendly - the hot subs are absolutely delicious - clean establishment - the cheesesteaks are to die for! Cons - prices are high for subs. Much higher than subway and jimmy johns

I've given a Google and HAVE to give another review!! Tonight I have to give full props to Kayla. She helped me decide between a couple subs and I've got my favorite, now!! Everyone behind the counter was friendly, and helpful..... can't say enough how happy I am they're here in Reidsville!!

I don't really know how to rate this establishment. Food is good,but not very many toppings to choose from. Excellent customer service and smiling faces. Food was way too high in my opinion. For two 6-8" ham and cheese sandwiches with lettuce, tomato,onion and mayo and two small fountain drinks and two small chips was $29.87. I didn't ask for vinegar or oil ,both sandwiches were drowned in it, was good but made the bread so soggy we took the bottoms off. It only sat from paying to walking to the car and got soggy that fast.

I'm a massive Jersey Mike's fan so it pains me to write a one star review. I was so happy to see that we were getting a Jersey Mike's here in Reidsville because they are my favorite subplace however every time I've been there It's been the same issue of them taking forever for a sub and then when my sub is ready it just sits on the counter and waits and waits till that when I finally I'm asking Hey man where's my sub it's been 30 minutes they say oh our bad it's been sitting on the counter for the last 10 minutes
