Spent 35 min in the drive through line for my food I ordered online and paid for finally got to the window and had to watch the girl count the till for 20 min i ended up coming inside canceling my order and getting my money back really you cant give me a pizza I paid for and waited 40 min for because you had to count the till just find my name and hand me the pizza.

So I Love Pizza Hut most of the time, but my most recent visit was like the worst EVER for them, except for the service that was really the ONLY thing that saved the whole experience honestly. When we walked in, LITERALLY all but 2 tables were dirty as can be, to the point where my 4 year old son asked " It's so dirty mommy, where are we going to sit?" & it's not like they were busy, (there was ONE other table with 4 people sitting at it), so they had time just didn't want to clean up or something, I Dk but it was unacceptable. Also, we ordered a medium pepperoni pizza along with the chicken Alfredo well Chz Alfredo bc my son loves Alfredo Just not w/Chicken Lol, & usually it's so awesome we would eat it up & there would be no leftovers to take home but, this time it tasted so plain, bland and not to mention almost completely burnt on top,I had to scrape off the top layer just to get my son to eat at least a lil bit. I think I will either wait a couple months b4 returning or go to the location in Eden and hope that this location will get it together again, soon!Kid-friendliness: They do have crayons along with 2 different pages for them to color, and they have a claw machine game, with a huge variety of fun rubber ducks and the game makes sure that the kids ALWAYS get at least one duck B4 it will run out of time, luckily my boy is very talented at this, (and more haha) but seriously he almost always has the claw pick up not one but 2 ducks each time, we always leave pizza hut with anywhere between 15-30 ducks EVERYTIME!!! (See Pic above,& that's not even 1/2 of his duck's Lol)
Vacuum more often please..old food under tables in view when you are choosing to sit somewhere..waitress was good. Food was just ok.

Christmas eve and I don't think they were expecting that many folks because there seemed to have only been two folks working in the entire restaurant. She was working the window and trying to work the front of the house which resulted in very slow and incorrect orders being put in.
The pizza was mad perfect in my opinion, very neatly madeRestaurant looks clean inside, although I don't know how I paid 24 dollars for a large 2 topping pizza and 2 drinksOther than that , the pizza was well made.

This Pizza Hut feels a little run down, I don't think it gets a whole lot of dine-in business. We went on a Wednesday night at 6:30 because it's posted on their pick up window that the buffet is Wednesday from 5:30 to 8:00, but they weren't doing a buffet. They did have a salad bar. There was only one other table with guests and as soon as we left, the locked the door behind us and posted a sign that they were "closing for maintenance" They probably don't have enough help, or that was the vibe we got. The service was ok, kind of slow, but the pizza itself was very good. We've always gotten consistently good carry out from this location, but this was the first time dining in. I do like that they have a drive through window.

Walking in to enjoy some pizza there was a large party in there but not any others. We sat down and the waitress was not very pleasant. Took our order and went back to tending to the large party. 50 minutes later still no pizza. Looking into the kitchen saw that to go orders and the drive thru took priority. Waitress was making pizza and other items but never saw her wash her hands. Lucky I gave 2 stars. Not sure if I will ever be back.

I patronized this establishment today in hopes of enjoying a great buffet. I have Alpha gal, which is a food allergy to beef and pork. My husband asked our waitress if it was a possibility to get just a chicken pizza with mushrooms and onions and she simply said NO. She asked no questions, just said no. Wow! So, I had a salad and a slice of cheese pizza. My husband and the rest of our party enjoyed the buffet today. They all agreed it was good. I've never been to a buffet and requested something and was told NO. I am still in disbelief.Also, the ladies bathroom had no working toilet. I advised the waitress on this, and never seen anyone go in there to check this out. Just wow!
