I usually have great experiences at Starbucks’ but this was the only one that I’ve taken the time to write a negative review. The girl who took my order was very rude and they were out of almost all the food options. Then they got my drink order wrong. They also had closed their dining area due to short staff and only had the drive thru open which doesn’t really make much sense in the first place, but also they had plenty of people working… just seemed lazy

Trash cans out and in the middle of the floor, no condiment bar to add your own creamer to coffee. Awful, distasteful music and very robotic customer service. Will definitely not be visiting this location again.

I've been a customer at Starbucks for over 20 years and today was the worst experience I ever had on my birthday. Had the rudest server and when I tried to get my birthday drink was told I was unable to cash it in since I didn't tell him first. I was charged for the drink even though I told him to keep it. Unbelievable!

First and foremost, I am a regular customer at Starbucks and have been for years. I work next to the Starbucks in Reidsville so I come to this location to do my homework on my lunch. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN THE ESTABLISHMENT THE SERVICE IS DESPICABLE. Only a hand full of times have I received decent service and its usual from the male employees. The young ladies that work here have horrible attitudes and are very rude. I stopped coming for a while for this reason. 3/25/2024 I placed an order 245 for a caramel ribbon crunch and a coffee cake. I waited on my coffee cake for atleast 10 minutes and when I asked the young lady behind the counter about it , she told anotherYoung lady who bagged it up tossed it in the pick up slot and called my name while I was standing right in front of her. The first young lady I spoke to proceed to give me dirty looks from across the counter. THE WHOLE CREW NEEDS TO BE FIRED EXCLUDING THE YOUNG MAN. They are always horsing playing, rude and acting lackadaisical. I will not be returning to this location and I will file a formal complaint with corporate. BY THE WAY my coffee cake was burnt.

Consistently inconsistent order ahead/doordash availability. On a couple occasions I’ve experienced rude workers at the take out window. One in particular was bc I wanted them to shake up my macchiato before I got it so I wouldn’t have to stir it while driving.

Lids do not properly fit cups. Twice in a row, lid came off as soon as employee handed a person with me their cup, spilling hot coffee all over. Otherwise very nice place and staff.

My husband and I go here all the time sometimes twice a day and we order the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espressos and the strawberry lemonade refreshers.. it’s hit or miss at this location. Greensboro is much better! Drinks taste different almost every time we order you just never know what you’re going to get. There’s two nice ladies that work there ( brown headed young lady , and the blonde headed one named Tori ) and one brown headed guy that is very nice as well. other than that the customer service is awful! The rest of them are super rude and clearly hate their jobs! The wait is kind of ridiculous on most days as well and that’s with only a few cars in the drive thru line. They definitely need to step up their game as all other Starbucks locations are more consistent with great customer service and drinks being made properly!

I don't complain much but I have several about service there. On last veteran's day I came in to get the free coffee because I'm a veteran. I asked if I needed to buy something and the girl at the counter said no. They made me wait about 15 - 20 minutes for my free coffee. Is this how you feel about those who served and sacrificed for you freedom. Wow. That's just one of several. The coffee is good when you get what you ordered. The service sometimes is sketchy. More to come.Today, I went through the drive through and placed an order. Two of the three drinks were right. The third was wrong. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and got what tasted like an americano(plain coffee with or without sweener or cream) with little to no sugar and just enough regular cream to color it. I DO know the difference. I'm a coffee drinker of color. So hopefully that had nothing to do with it. I'm not one that crys over color on everything. I sat at the window about 2 minutes or more, enough time for her(them) to get it right.

The workers are very rude and disrespectful, they argue with people and they turn their backs on you when you’re trying to pay. They ALL have bad attitudes there. $26 for nothing, I’ll never go back there. Hair in the food just nasty ??‍♀️
