I don't normally have problems with taco bell but tonight my taco was just so stale. Like really?? That's just sad. I'd expect better from my favorite fast food place. And it was a cheese gord. Crunch.
Here's the thing...I don't appreciate when I go into a restaurant to give an order and the employee rudely says "use the kiosk". No hello or nothing. What about the older people who don't know how to use that mess? Not okay. It should be an option to use it or not. Not for people to have an attitude about the kiosk. Food is good but service, no. Just got the $2 double meat Burrito and it was hot and sooooooo good. The line moved fast, the lady taking the order was very pleasant and spoke plain to be understood, order was perfect, the cashier was smiling and looked happy, lot's of drive thru places need to take notes! Thank you for my great meal
