Most all Bojangles are great. But if you’re not careful they will serve you old dried up chicken or give you a thigh and leg numerous times when you order double breast dinners. So look before leaving and make sure it’s not dry. I want fresh cooked and will wait if chicken is in the hot lights too long. It’s worth the wait. They should donate all the drier chicken to the homeless shelters where they can make chicken noodle or chicken mull with it. So nothing is wasted. It’s a tax write off for them if their management is smart enough to make time to donate.My favorite is the chicken breast dinner with pintos and a biscuit. I love the dirty rice too but pintos are good heart ❤️ food and removes cholesterol from the body, so eat plenty of pintos!I love their breakfast biscuit specials too. Smoked sausage or sausage are my favorites! Hot sauce and honey are great for the body! Lol?

Food is good. Dining room is cold. No heat with propane heaters. Two at that! Bathrooms are dirty! Manager is very rude and disrespectful! Will never go back!

Food was excellent. Service wasn't so great. From the drive-thru, asked to pull forward. No problem. After 20 mins, realized they'd forgotten me. Went inside. They then started working on the missing item. There were no apologies. 20 mins or so after that, I finally had the missing item. Still no apology, no offer yo compensate in any way. Great food qhen I finally got it though.

I only gave a 4 star because the young lady was polite...I asked for cup ice water she gave me a cup of ice...I asked cheese be placed between steak and egg not on bread... CHEESE WAS BETWEEN EGG AND BREAD

We have a group of golfers that go to Robersonville Bojangles for breakfast and we always place the same order, but the price is never the same. Went on Thursday and price was $18 and change, went next day (Friday) and it was $19 and change. Asked the lady at the window why the increase. Without looking at the ticket she told me, “well they rung it up wrong yesterday” and walks away. Well after looking at our ticket, we ordered 3 large drinks and were charged for upsizing 5 large drinks. That’s an extra $1.50; not enough to blow up my skirt but it the principle of getting it right. I know their job isn’t easy; taking one order while passing out food on another but when I question the price will you just take time to look at the ticket.Later on in the day I called and talked to the manager; she was very nice and understanding at our frustration.Check #446934 9/22/2023

I don't know why I keep going here. I have gotten the wrong order multiple times. I have called cooperate on this location but unless there are more complains they will not do anything. They just need new workers especially a NEW MANAGER!!!
