When did Bojangles join the place your order and pull up or either park and wait for your order? I've been on two separate occasions and the first time I gave them grace because it was I was ordering something new. It took them 27 minutes. I assumed my food would be hot but unfortunately, it wasn't. Then my daughter and I went another time and it was the same thing. The only difference is we were the only ones there. We waited 30 mins. Again the food was luke warm. Just be aware, and have alot of time to sit around and wait for Luke warm food!!

If zero stars were possible, this place would get MINUS that.- The drive thru line is ALWAYS backed up! Forget coming here to grab something quick to eat because if quick is what you want, THIS ain’t the place. I have sat in this drive thru line for literally 30 minutes at a time. That is beyond unacceptable and it’s been this way for YEARS now.- Maybe going INSIDE will be a better bet you say…nope. I just got out my car to go inside to order and the line of people was so long, it was basically reaching the door. All the people in line looked just as disgruntled and pissed as the people in the drive thru.- Last, but certainly not least, this store is out of BASIC Bojangles items WAY too frequently. Yesterday I came here and was told that there were no legs, so I would have to order all thighs. Ok, fine. That was much better than 2 weeks ago when my hubby tried to order chicken and the girl on the intercom said that they were OUT OF CHICKEN because they BURNED ALL THE COOKING GREASE. *face palm*It is very obvious that the Bojangles powers-who-be care nothing about people’s time and money here in Rockingham. This is the absolute worst place of business that I have ever witnessed and as much as I love Bojangles food, I would be just as happy to see this place shut down altogether.

This restaurant has the most rude employees you ever meet. Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes with two cars ahead of us. It is Sunday 700pm and they told us they had no chicken. No where near closing, which is 10pm in Rockingham NC. Instead of requesting that we wait we were whisked away as if we were a bother. How can a chicken restaurant, not have chicken. I am sure the car in front of us was told the same.This has been a problem on multiple occasions. It sure if the owner is privy to this or not but I hope they see this comment. Sorry service. They just lost 50-60$ from my order.

This place has the worst employees, it takes forever for the food to be prepared, and half the time it's wrong. I've watched them talk about patrons after they left and could not believe how they act. If the previous management was still there they would never have let this place drop the the worst fast food restaurant Richmond county like it has. Never eating here again.
