On 12/14/23 I visited the local Burger King only to once again receive a barely warm whopper jr. Back some months ago I actually went back to the counter and requested a hot burger. I think they are prepared ahead and people at the drive thru just assume it’s cooled off by the time they get the sandwich home.As for me, this was my last trip to BK in Rockingham.
I've visited this location several times. I've never had a bad experience at all. My food has always been hot and fresh. I eat here every Friday. I get 9 double cheeseburgers. They are always perfect.

The food is always good. Fries always nicely salted and soft. Burgers are always cheesey. Extra toppings on point!!!!! Toppings are always fresh and crispy. I can hear my father crunching em from the other side of the table. Onion Rings are the best in the business!!!!! I just wish that y'all had that spicy cheese sauce year round.Thank y'all fixing it!!!!I was about to get corporate on y'all for my father's sake.I will order from y'all later on this month to my ghost whopper.
The manager Michelle had poor communication and behavior skills. I highly recommend not going when she is there.

The line was short when I arrived, only 2 cars ahead of me and inside was slow as well. It took me over 30 minutes sitting in line for me to get my food only for them to get it wrong after repeating it to me correctly and having it on the screen correctly. The person taking my order was snappy and the lady at the first window was snappy as well. When my food was handed to me it was practically thrown at me. Do not recommend to go there.

Burger King so far is one of the best fast food restaurants in Rockingham, haven't had a problem with them yet, food timing a bit on the slow side, but would rather have fresh, then stuff thats been under a heat light all day.
