For the money, good for me when I want 2 Flounder and 2 Perch, 4 small hush pups and 2 small salads as my sides. I didn't go there to be wowed by the de'cor. I wanted clean, quick, and tasty! This was the first time I had been in- in years. Good staff hustling about and I got my order before I could finish the mediocre second side salad. The fish hit the spot.(*poor old sign- pic)Wheelchair accessibility: Dangerous looking down hill parking area for wheelchair users.

I’m from Raleigh so most eating places in this area are subpar but this is one place the food was actually pretty good.The young ladies up front are not very attentive to their to go orders as my food came out and no one told me it was there as I sat down 2 feet away from them but I got up and walked over to get my food.Not fancy, couldn’t read the outside sign so almost passed the place but again the food was good.

This was my first time dining in at this restaurant, my family typically order to go. And oh what a disappointment! To the owners: You're certainly making money at this location, and to offer such despicable seating, with MOST IF NOT ALL OF THE BOOTHS ripped and torn up. I sat there wondering HOW could this NOT bother Management? How could you be this comfortable allowing "guests" to come in to your place with it looking like this!???? Unbelievable.We did have a Server named Kaylee who was absolutely wonderful!! And, yes the food was good & typically always is. I had the catfish, slaw, hush puppies, and onion rings.BUT COME ON GUYS! YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER WITH THOSE BOOTHS!
The food was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The service is like every where else, they need help. The price was responsible. They are back on the go to list. Come by and see the good folks at Captain George, why don'tcha I just don't see why wantcha.
I am disappointed at this skimpy plate. I honestly thought this was a kids plate or senior citizen meal. This plate as definitely not worth the $15 I paid for. My oysters were over cooked and dry. Save your money and drive further up the road if you want good quality seafood.

The steak and shrimp was served on the same plate, the blood from the, supposed to be, medium rare meat was soaking the shrimp. It was burning up in there, very hard to enjoy our meal. The sweet tea was good and our waitress was very nice ( actually gave her a $10 tip), but the overall experience tells me I'll probably never go
